A small hotel, tastefully decorated, with a pleasant overall atmosphere. We chose it for ecological reasons. The location is quiet, though somewhat remote, especially since Bingin Beach is now destroyed and no longer usable. The breakfast was exceptionally good.

Unfortunately, we did not get the best overall impression of the hotel. I rarely complain, and during our trip we stayed in everything from simple homestays in Munduk to luxury hotels in Ubud. For us, comfort has a lot to do with the friendliness and attitude of the staff. A few days before arrival, we received a WhatsApp message mentioning the name of one of our family members, our arrival date, and asking us to complete a registration process via a link. This was clearly a scam, as the hotel had already been fully paid for. We did not open the link but contacted the hotel via the Booking.com app. They responded quickly, confirmed that the message should be ignored, and explained that scam messages had been sent from a certain phone number. However, the message we received came from a different number. It is concerning that personal details such as names, phone numbers, and arrival dates had been leaked. This issue was not addressed by the staff upon our arrival. Despite a warm welcome and a welcome drink enjoyed calmly in the beautiful open lounge, the staff did not feel fully service-minded. The coffee machine seemed to be under strict control. At 10:03, my son was initially denied a coffee after returning to breakfast, which officially ended at 10:00, and was told to purchase one instead. The staff later changed their mind when they realized he had not had a coffee earlier, and he was eventually served. On our departure day, it was impossible to get a coffee at 07:10, for reasons we did not fully understand. The explanation was that the coffee machine needed to be turned on. Staff started at 07:00, arrived a bit eralier and breakfast opened at 07:30, yet it was still not possible to get a coffee at 07:15. This felt unnecessarily inflexible. We received our breakfast as a takeaway, packed in small cardboard boxes, unfortunately wrapped in unnecessary plastic. We also had the owner’s cat enter our room.

Great comfortable stay. The property itself is nice, with only 4 or 5 bungalows total. The rooms are nice with a cool boho look, air-conditioning, mini fridge and safe in the room. The outdoor bathrooms were spacious and nice with a massive bath and overhead rain shower. The staff were nice. Breakfast was good. Hired the scooter through the accommodation, which was simple and had no issues. The pool also looked good, although we never used it. The location was alright. Although I would suggest getting a scooter as i still think it's a bit of a walk to anywhere.

The step in and out of the bath was a little large and tricky, fine for me and my partner but I could see how someone might slip from it. The rooms are a little open to the elements, letting a few mosquitoes in, but they do have mosquitoe nets over the bed that helps with this.

We stayed in what felt like a complete tropical paradise with the kindest people that helped us at every turn! Top notch, classy, unbelievably beautifully manicured Gardens! Cannot wait to come back! My daughter and I had a facial and foot massage that put us both to sleep for 12 hours after our treatment! We also booked a Taro card reading with Charlotte who we highly recommend she really helped us! Highly recommend booking this stay! You will not be disappointed. The pool is so beautiful and relaxing and breakfast was incredibly delicious! The rooms are clean and every detail feels special, relaxing, and one with nature.
