Gravity Eco Boutique Hotel - Adults Only

Awesome location just food

This was our first hotel during our honeymoon in Bali, first impressions are important and Gravity did not disappoint at all. We stayed in a bungalow with private pool, which was a nice boutique experience with unique design elements. After a long day of exploring, the resort gives you the feeling of returning home to a family that genuinely cares about your wellbeing. During our 4 day stay, not even once the staff made any of our requests seem impossible, they go out of their way to accommodate your needs which shows their true commitment to hospitality. I would like to take this opportunity to thank one staff member in particular: Alit. From the very beginning he showed exceptional kind-heartedness, trying to truly have a sense of how we were feeling and what we needed, without ever being intrusive. We felt genuinely cared about and it is this feeling that we will remember the most about Gravity. I hope that one of his superiors reads this and acknowledges him for his efforts ;).

This hotel is amazing, staff 5*, room 5*, food 5*, personal attention 5*. The staff really can't do enough for you, they insist that you lay chilling in the sun and WhatsApp them to bring you a drink when the bar is 50ft away.

Location is good The overall design of the property is nice. From the outside, it looks appealing.

Inside it feels very basic and shabby. Sheets were old and stained, with dirt that didn’t wash off. Pillows were damp. Breakfast was nothing special. The bedroom had no hangers for clothes. Overall, the property lacks basic essentials.
