Wonderful and chill

I had a fantastic stay at Bingin Beach Villas. The rooms are incredibly stylish and thoughtfully designed, creating a perfect mix of comfort and laid-back Bali charm. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with a fantastic mattress, and the showers had great hot water and strong pressure — such an underrated luxury after long beach days. The staff were truly exceptional and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, making the entire experience feel effortless. The owner was also wonderful, sharing great recommendations on the best beaches, restaurants, and local spots, which really elevated my trip. The location couldn’t be better — close to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful stay with genuinely caring hospitality in Bingin.

Bingin Beach is temporarily inaccessible due to recent demolition work, though several great beaches are within a 20-minute scooter ride.

Would not return purely based on the management.

The vibes for the most part were quite peaceful, however it seems they do protect this at all cost, considering they told us if we were going to bring bad energy and “ruin the vibes” during our stay, we should take a full refund and leave as they didn’t want us around. They even went the extra mile calling other villas to encourage us to relocate. As two young women traveling, this was obviously very uncomfortable and frightening. The hired staff are incredible. They cannot do enough for you and are so helpful and accommodating. There is also security present overnight which is a really great added layer of safety. The generally location of the bungalows was good. Only short scooter ride into bingin and about 20 mins to uluwatu. Easy to get grabs/gojeks. Pool is beautiful. Cafe has a cute aesthetic to it and is a great quiet workspace. Linen and towels only get changed periodically but this is fine and much more sustainable. The staff are more than are happy to provide fresh ones if you ask. Guests have access to a communal water fountain which is great.

Management was absolutely horrible, primarily Bambu, but she is also French so that explains a lot! When we checked in we had an issue regarding our breakfast inclusions. The owner immediately became extremely defensive, dismissive and instead of resolving the matter, turned extremely hostile, condescending, and dismissive. We were accused of lying to get free food, laughed at, mocked, and repeatedly told we had “bad vibes” and were unwelcome there. When her partner joined, they even went so far as to suggest we take a full refund and leave, calling other villas to relocate us. They lack any and all basic customer service skills and general human decency. They were insistent on not presenting us with any median resolution other than to leave, which is absolutely not an acceptable solution and is very scary for two young travelers. The bungalows are located down a street with a considerable amount of developments going on, so quite a bit of construction noise throughout the day but that seems to be the general theme in Bali at the moment. No considerable disruptions overnight. Grass was poorly maintained and looked like it hadn’t been mowed in a while. Bungalows appear to be getting run down. Wooden doors are difficult to lock and often don’t close properly. Beds are as hard as a rock, so if that’s your thing, you are in luck! WiFi is not amazing and intermittently stops working, so I would not rely on that alone. The “breakfast included” menu is very limited and not worth the price at all. Toast was served cold. Fresh fruit was delicious and beautifully presented but poorly priced considering the amount of delicious cafes around you can go to for very cheap. No fridges in the bungalows, so you have to ask staff for food and drink to be stored in the kitchen if it needs to be kept cold. They are a cash only facility which can be a bit difficult.

Sanctuary in Bingin

This property is a hidden gem, well located it offers a sanctuary within close proximity to Uluwatu’s restaurants, beaches, spas and clubs. Bambu and her team were all incredibly welcoming, I’d highly recommend this gorgeous boutique stay to anyone looking for a chic, relaxing holiday.

Lack of privacy is an issue

The property itself is beautiful and the staff were responsive, but the lack of transparency in the listing and how our issue was initially handled made for a disappointing experience. I hope management updates their descriptions to reflect room layouts more accurately, so future guests can make fully informed decisions.

We stayed for two nights out of a seven-night booking but had to leave early due to major issues with the room setup. The listing described a suite with a living room and private bathroom, but the room had **no living room**, and the **bathroom was completely open to the bedroom with no door or privacy** — a significant issue that was not disclosed in the written description. When we brought this up, management initially refused to offer a refund, stating that the photos showed the open bathroom and it was our responsibility to notice. I think, it’s a reasonable expectation that a private bathroom would have a door — we shouldn’t have to zoom into photos to confirm basic privacy features. The only alternative offered was a paid upgrade. After further discussion, they eventually agreed to refund the unused nights, which we appreciated.

Nice rooms that are very clean. Nice garden and very friendly staff.

Between the room and the neighboring one, there is only a wooden door. When people in the next room just have a normal conversation you can hear every word. I even woke up from the alarm in the next room. The rooms are also quite small so in general I think it is very expensive for what it is compared to other places in Bali I stayed in.

The perfect end to our two week trip!

The entire property is beautiful and so peaceful. The pool is huge and the rooms were so clean and comfortable. We loved the staff and the villas are owned by the most lovely family. We will definitely be back and will bring the rest of our family! Thank you for having us 💗

Very nice stay, good choice as a last stop in Bali

Nice and calm place, very friendly owners, nice staff. Not the most central place, but totally fine if you are going by scooter, which we could rent spontaneously for a reasonable price. Everything was very clean, including the garden and pool. We enjoyed our last three nights in Bali here a lot and it was also a good choice for getting to the airport in an uncomplicated way.

No Minibar/fridge - ok I can also see the insects going straight to it, but also a refilled bottle of water would have been charged (in my opinion this would be a nice complementary service, considering the not so low overall pricetag…).

Superb

Very cute clean villas, pool is very large. Scooter rental is cheap and you get great bike. Bar is nice bonus. Staff always smiling and helpfull. Restaurant next door is seriously great!

Villas are cute, but there was no space for clothes and the main issue was half wall to bathroom. One of us always had to leave outside so the other one had some privacy. Location is pretty strange.

it was over priced in accordance with the simplicity of the room and amenities. no minibar and they charge for purified water in a glass reusable bottle, the room got visited quit often by ants and similar animals. there is a construction site right next door.

Adorable boho chic bungalows

Wonderful boho chic property, owned by a fabulous French couple. The owners helped us rent a scooter, which is needed to get to most things. There is a great restaurant next door and it's a short scenic scooter ride from lots of restaurant options and several beaches.

Great place to stay

This was our first stop on our first Bali trip and the hosts were very helpful - they explained us how the things work around Bali and especialy in Uluwatu/Pecatu area which saved us a lot of time for reserch. It's a very peacful place, where we could relax from our long travel and we managed to experience all the "must do" things in the area from there. The entire place is very clean. All the small issues were solved promptly and in our favor. Very kind and helpful staff also, would recomend 100%!

The resort was stunning, clean and beautifully presented. Close to some great places to eat and the beach not far away. Great location. The owners Oliver and Bamboo were very welcoming, friendly, accommodating and we enjoyed their company. They cannot do enough for you. We left as friends 😊 Would definately recommend staying here for total relaxation in a beautiful setting. We will be back again to visit and stay longer as it was perfect.

Absolute perfection!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! We arrived early but our villa was ready for us. The whole Resort is just impeccable and honestly the most gorgeous place we have stayed. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to our request for a scooter rental. I could not recommend this Resort enough.
