Bingin Townhouse

Super vriendelijk personeel, mooie en ruime accomodatie in een stille omgeving. Er wordt veel gebouwd in Uluwatu dus dit was echt een uitkomst voor ons. En toch ben je overal snel.

Alles was goed

Locatie is iets afgelegen maar prima te doen met grab

İt was excellent!

The location

Disappointing Stay The location of the villa was very good, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. There was a strong smell of cows and other animals coming from the neighboring property, which made sitting outside the villa unpleasant. The cleanliness was below expectations, the pool was not very clean upon arrival, and the furniture on the ground floor had an unpleasant smell, making it uncomfortable to sit there. Another major issue was the lack of accessible security or management. After meeting the security person upon arrival, I could not find him or easily contact anyone when needed. At around 6 AM, the electricity went out across the entire compound for approximately an hour, leaving us without air conditioning in the hot weather. This was extremely uncomfortable. I was also disappointed that housekeeping entered the villa and came upstairs knocking on the door without contacting me beforehand or asking for my permission. Guests should be informed and asked about their preferred cleaning time before staff enter their private space. Overall, the location was the main positive point, but the cleanliness, animal smell, electricity outage, lack of accessible management, and housekeeping privacy issues made this a disappointing stay. There is significant room for improvement.
