As sun beds were in front of room , it felt private but depending on time of day you may have no sun . Found pool cool !

Amazing breakfast!! You pick from a set menu but the presentation is restaurant style. Really enjoyed it. The staff are super attentive and are amazing for recommendations. The place is super relaxing and calm and the pool is stunning.

The location is 5 mins away from the main road but it is down some windy back roads. However if you order a GRAB (basically bali’s uber) are super easy to order, arrive within a minute and are £1.50-£2.50 usually.

Overall, the hotel had some strong positives. On the plus side, the room itself was very nice with a comfortable bed, clean and modern bathroom, and a great shower. Having a dedicated sunbed was also a really nice touch to relax by the pool.

The biggest issue during my stay was the WiFi. It stopped working after the first night and was unavailable for the rest of the stay which would have been fine if the staff acknowledged the issue. When I raised this with staff, they repeatedly insisted it wasn’t their fault and initially suggested that both myself and another guest were using it incorrectly (wrong password, etc.), which delayed any real attempt to resolve the issue for over 24 hours. What was most disappointing was the lack of ownership or customer care. Even when it became clear the problem wasn’t on our end, there was no real effort to fix it promptly, no updates, and no goodwill gesture offered if it couldn’t be fixed. On the final morning, I was also reminded during breakfast that there were only 45 minutes until checkout which just felt unnecessary and added to the overall sense of unhelpful, slightly frustrating service. A comfortable stay physically, but let down by poor handling of basic service and guest experience.
