Bingin Lodge Uluwatu

I really liked my stay here. The rooms were very clean and the location was perfect. The staff was extremely nice: on the first night, we had troubles sleeping because of a rooster and neighbours partying, they took care of everything to stop the noise and even changed our rooms to ensure a better stay for us, which we really really appreciated. Thank you!!

It is important to know that the rooms are very close to each other and the bathrooms as well, maybe a better soundproofing would increase guest comfort:) Also we were a bit disappointed about the breakfast and restaurant, but as I said, the location of the hotel is excellent so you have a lot of food options at a 5min walk distance.

Friendly staff, nice pool area, I enjoyed the outdoor shower Dwi picked us up from the airport - provided cold water in the car, was extremely professional and drove safely - I’d highly recommend him for your airport transfer.

I didn’t realise the toilet was open air - it was fine but just a surprise! Windows at the top let light in early morning and woke you up. Lampshades a bit dirty.

Some highlights from our stay: • Mosquito plug provided in the room, which was very helpful and necessary. • The extra-large bed was great- need softer pillows. • The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to assist. • The mie goreng from the restaurant was absolutely delicious. • We even had a giant lizard pay us a visit in the bathroom – a very authentic Bali experience! • The air conditioning worked really well and kept the room nice and cool. Just leaked on the last day. • The TV functioned perfectly and offered a good range of channels. • Good location. Overall, there were some lovely aspects of our stay that we really appreciated.

Room 108 I would like to provide some feedback regarding our stay in Room 108: • There was only one bin provided, which was the small toilet bin outside the bathroom, and it did not have a bin liner. • Pillows are a bit too firm, caused neck aches to myself and husband. • It was very difficult to shower properly as the water pressure was extremely low. The shower only trickled water, making it impossible to wash shampoo out of my hair. I ended up having to pay to have my hair washed and blow-dried at a salon. • The shower gel bottle was empty for the duration of our stay. I placed it on the floor with the lid off in the hope that housekeeping would notice and refill it, however it was never replaced. • Breakfast and other food orders consistently took between 30–45 minutes to arrive after ordering. • The air conditioner was leaking significantly, and we had to place towels and a cup underneath it to catch the water. • The front door does not close properly and swings open unless it is locked. Additionally, the toilet door frequently jams. • Towels and bed linen were not replaced regularly. We had the same towels for five consecutive days. • The club sandwich was quite disappointing, as it was very sloppy and contained an excessive amount of tomato sauce. I hope this feedback is helpful and can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

Central location. Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants in uluwatu. Rooms were serviced everyday. Pool was nice.

Cabins are old and worn. Door was very difficult to close on my cabin, I asked for it to be fixed but nothing was done. Cabin walls are very thin, you can hear everything in neighbouring cabins. Breakfast was very basic.
