My experience last year was better.

-Electronic communication via Booking with the property was friendly. -Staff on-site was helpful and friendly.

-No Wifi on arrival day, no Wifi the next day. -Power outage on arrival day, power outage the next day. -Noisy (nearby street) -Staff is only on-site for a limited number of hours per day (until 5pm). -Had paid for 3 nights. I stayed 1 night. -No partial refund was offered by Despacito Loft & Lounge by Bukit Vista, but I also did not ask for a refund. I just wanted to leave.

Very good place overall! Nice little apartment with decent wifi and insane good location. Very nice staff, everything that we needed was kindly looked after. Very very good deal for the price.The bad reviews about the stairs and humidity are a bit over dramatic. Would return.

Compared to other places in Indonesia, they lacked a bit with customer service. The staff was great, but the accommodation has a small kitchen with no cutlery and the kettle could use some cleaning, for example. The hot water in the shower loses power a bit quickly, but it is hot as, so, no big.

Just the fact you have to go up and down all the time as the bathroom is downstairs and there was no big mirror were you can see a full outfit maybe they can add that to make it a bit more convenient

My family enjoyed their stay

Unfortunately I reserved 4 rooms for my family prior to an unforeseen accident which left me in a wheelchair. My family enjoyed their stay but I was unable to go.

There are no accommodations for anyone not able to climb steep stairs. The property might want to look at handicapped accessible accommodations.

The hotel was in a great location in the centre of Padang Padang, within easy motorbike ride of Uluwatu and surrounding tourist spots. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Kadek, Ayu and the other lovely staff members who were working throughout our stay always had a smile and were willing to go above and beyond. The facilities were comfortable, and would return again if staying in Padang Padang.

Brilliant

The look of this hotel is such a lovely concept. Love the feel of Santorini / Mykonos. It’s in a brilliant location with shops, food and beach. you can get access to the main road via a gate which makes it easier. Close to the airport which was brilliant for a couple of days stop over near some of the nicer beaches on mainland Bali. Would definitely recommend in Uluwatu for anyone travelling on a budget.

Wasn’t a problem for us, but if you struggle with mobility / Steps I would probably advise find somewhere else as all the rooms are 2 levels with the bathroom down stairs.

The bed was really comfortable

The toilet is downstairs and the room was upstairs, this can be really annoying. The shower wasn’t good at all and we had to ask them to clean our room after the third day, they didn’t even come to change the towels or top up toilet paper, etc.

Beautiful hotel in a great location!

This was the perfect hotel for my friends and me! It was sooo gorgeous, we felt like we were in Greece. It had a really charming quality about it while still being very simplistic. The room layout was great for us and the bathroom was really pretty. The pool was nice but pretty cold but we didn't mind because there were so many beaches to explore. The staff were helpful and there weren't many people there so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. pretty good location too, we hired scooters to get around but it was quite close to everything, especially Padang beach.

The location is awesome!! Beach, great surf breaks and cafes all close by. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The lofts are great for a short or long stay as they have a little kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle etc. Bedrooms have a little balcony, great wifi and smart TVs hooked up. We will definitely stay again!

Walls are a bit thin so you can hear every little sound from the people staying next door and honking from the street. But it wasn’t that bad as most noise stopped by bedtime Wish the curtains were blackout so we could sleep in a bit :)

Die Lage ist nur empfehlensweet für “Party people”, weil es sehr laut ist von den Strassen, die direkt vorbeiführen (und ständig gehupt wird) und von den angrenzenden Bars, die jeden Abend lauteste live Musik haben. Ohne Ohrstöpsel ist man verloren😴
