Loved the breakfast choices. However, they didn't let us mix & match them, but that was ok.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The bedrooms were amazing, with stunning views. Most comfortable beds we had while in Bali - (we stayed at 3 different properties and this was the best). Within walking distance of busier town area/markets - about an 8 minute walk.
The 5:00am wake up rooster calls. lol. Couldn't walk to ocean since the stairway down is pretty difficult, with many steps and steep. Other family went to beach but said it was exhausting and wouldn't do it again. Staff said there is a reason why called "Impossible Beach" - and that is definitely the walk down and back up it.

Liked the location, it was quiet sitting around the pool and having breakfast outdoor. Easy walk to Main Street where lots of cafes and restaurants. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool area was so peaceful with lots of shade from the lovely garden. We had a second storey Seaview room and it was lovely sitting out on the balcony. The steps up to the room might be a challenge for anyone not great on their feet but there is a hand rail
The location and the friendly staff

The place was truly a paradise. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They were even waiting for us with a surprise, as it was my partner’s birthday.
They welcomed us so warmly and came to our room with a delicious pie, singing “Happy Birthday” to my partner. It was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture.
The place itself was absolutely beautiful, clean, peaceful, and pleasant — the perfect place to completely disconnect and relax.
Thank you so much to the entire team for making our stay so special!

The pool area was nice, breakfast was good.
There was a loud construction near the hotel that was not mentioned while booking, it did disturb the peace all day.
