We had an amazing stay at Nisi Villas for 10 days in early February.

The villa was modern and stunning and was a perfect place to relax. During the rainy season, there are short periods of rain that come during the day. This was not a problem with the very clean pool only 10 feet from the villa. The villa is very clean, and the villa and pool are cleaned by staff each day. The whole management team at Nisi Villas is outstanding. There is an excellent casual restaurant only 1 block from the villa where we ate at least one time each day. Breakfast brought to the villa by Nisi was also excellent. The location is perfect for easily reaching the fantastic Bali beaches. I hope to stay at Nisi Villas the next time I am in Bali.

The villa was for the most part very quiet, with occasional noise coming from close construction. The noise was not a problem, and management very quickly did its best to address the noise and any other problems that arose during our stay.

Dewa, Yonathan and Bagaskara were all very helpful with anything we requested, such a friendly team!

The staff were all so pleasant and helpful with any requests we had. The Villa and pool were spotless. We also had complimentary use of the buggy to get us to any places we needed to go.

Loved the villa, the pool was amazing, property was tidy and the whole complex was really nice.

Nothing, the only thing that would have been was being closer to Penang Penang beach but the complex has a buggy and they’ll take you where you need to go which was really good.

We were villa 4 - The construction site next door loud banging from 8am to 5pm and we had to blast out the noise with music to attempt to drown it out - but there was no chance of having peace and quiet lying by the pool or even from your bedroom

Beautiful villa with great staff and near the action

A really impressive villa in a quiet spot yet close enough to the action, with some great local cafes within walking distance. The place was amazing and the staff were fantastic. Having the cart to get around was a real bonus. The rooms were comfortable and everything was well maintained.

As with many Bali villas, the layout has no internal hallways between bedrooms and the living area, so you need to walk outside and near the pool to move between spaces. This can be tricky with small children. The only other downside was the door locks. If someone locked a door from the inside, another guest with a key couldn’t open it from the outside, which was inconvenient and a safety concern.

all the white lounges especially outside were dirty and really needed a good clean. pool towels were starting to go gray. I understand white gets dirty but it really needs a good clean. I didn’t want to sit on the lounges without a towel. bar stools were dirty inside and marks on lounge. disappointing breakfast of some kind is not included.

Wonderful premise in great location. Staff very clear with communication and arranged taxi, scooter hire and free golf buggy transport when needed. Very comfortable beds and to be able to step out to a private pool from your bedroom is a very special experience. Highly recommended!

The noise of the construction next door was unexpected. We woke up each morning at 7 to the hammering of tools. A heads up would of been appreciated. I would of stayed where there was no construction happening. A bit disappointing.

We had the best time at Nisi Villas as a family of 4 with 2 teenage sons. The golf buggy service was such a fantastic bonus which added to the fun as we explored the local area for the first time. Bagus, Dewa and the team were such lovely hosts and went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time.

What a luxury experience! The rooms were super modern and immaculate. Very comfortable. We felt very spoilt staying here. The staff were super friendly and always keen to help. Comms were easy via WhatsApp and they were very responsive. Having access to the buggy to be shuttles around to local venues was a massive bonus. Just made thinga so much easier. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Nisi Villas Bingin's three-bedroom villa! From start to finish, this was an exceptional experience that exceeded all our expectations. Exceptional Service The service was outstanding, largely thanks to Bagas who was always available and ready to help with anything we needed. His attentiveness and dedication truly made our stay special. Fantastic Amenities Free buggy service - incredibly convenient for getting around Pool toys for the children - kept the kids entertained for hours Twice-daily housekeeping - the villa was always immaculate Abundant shade in the garden - perfect for relaxing even during the hottest parts of the day Plenty of lounging and seating areas - something for everyone, whether you wanted to sunbathe or relax in the shade Beautiful and Practical Design The house itself is absolutely gorgeous and thoughtfully designed. Every detail has been considered to create a space that's not only beautiful but also highly practical for families. The layout works perfectly and everything you need is right at your fingertips. This villa offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and family-friendly amenities. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely return. Really lovely villa with excellent staff. The service provided was outstanding from Dewa and team.

The layout was perfect for our family with two adult children. We loved the pool area in particular. Everything was immaculately clean. I also loved that there was a little coffee kiosk out the front of the villa with excellent coffee that we visited every morning.

The shower head in one of the bedrooms just needed to be cleaned as the water sprayed in every direction but really that was the only very minor issue.

Disappointing.

Host and our butler, Bagas was friendly and was always available for us. The buggy service was great too.

We are pretty disappointed with the level of hygiene. Honestly, the cleaning could have been more thorough. And the stains in the property are just unbelievable. We can't even walk around the house barefoot. There are stains in the toilet; on the floor and even on the pillows. Leaves in the pool. Quite disappointing I have to say. No breakfast was provided. Actually, nothing great/extraordinary.

Lovely Villa in a beautiful part of Bali.

Mr Dewa our butler was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for Dewa and he was always readily available for local drop offs or pick ups, cafe recommendations or general assistance.

The pool could have been cleaner. Also the mould in the corner of the shower was disappointing. Lots of construction happening nearby which was a little disturbing.
