Disappointing stay

Staff and resort are amazing.

The "biggest ballroom in Bali" is being built at the Segara complex and is extremely noisy. Certainly not the relaxing holiday we had planned! No mention of these works on Booking.com or Ayana website. Spoke to management who applied a small credit to our account but would have preferred to know in advance.

Our 4th Stay – Still Perfect!

This was our fourth time staying at Ayana Resorts, and once again, it was absolutely amazing. This time, we returned to Ayana Segara Resort, and everything was excellent. We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday during our stay, and I was truly impressed by the thoughtful touches. The team prepared a complimentary cakes and a heartfelt card, which made our celebration even more special. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of food options. The pool area was spotless, and clean towels were always available. I must say, our room at Ayana Segara was one of the cleanest I’ve ever experienced in Bali. We didn’t leave the resort at all – we spent our entire trip within Ayana, and the service was just as great as before, maybe even better. All the staff at Segara were pleasant, friendly and very professional. Every request we made through the Ayana Resort app was handled quickly and with excellent customer service. A special thanks to Janu from the Segara team. I first met him at the Ayana Club Lounge in 2016, and he is still working at Ayana. Thank you for your incredible service and kindness. He truly made our stay even more memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next visit.

If you want a resort, I would recommend Ayana

- We love Ayana resort and we always came back when we are on Bali - Segara in nice hotel, you can take bus/shuttle and go Kubu beach, Rimba hotel for slides and pool, few minutes walk from Honzen Restaunrat - Segara have nice family rooms with separate bedroom and large balcony, for us it is must have - Nice Breakfast - Nice Roof bar

- The is a heavy traffic in the resort after 9 p.m. (same in Ayana and Ayana Segara), personel, ect. all start bikes and vans and leave the hotel - so annoying...... - The pool in Segara is boring, its better in Rimba or go to Kubu beach ; the same is with Sunbeds around the pool, there are not many and its little bit claustrofobic... - The capacity on Kubu beach (beds) is tragic........

Fab resort - if you’re staying for a few days

A beautiful hotel with exceptional facilities

We stayed for one night prior to flying home and, because of the nature of the resort (which we hadn’t realised combined 4 hotels on booking) it was a bit overwhelming. I also expected the food & cocktails to be a bit better - we had to return our watery margaritas at the Rock bar

The beach is beautiful.Most of the staff are friendly.

1：When we just arrived the hotel，the mini bar is empty and takes a long time to fulfill it. 2：The bathrobe in the room makes me itchy. 3：The staff in Kisik restaurant are a little racist，We have a reservation at 8：30,but when we got there,the staff seemed know nothing about that.Finally,we sat down at a greasy table，and the staff often ignore us to serve the white people next to us.

Higly recommended, but be prepared if traveling with kids

Ayana Segara is one of the several hotels within Ayana Resort and probably the newest one. If you stay in one hotel, you can also use all of the facilities of other hotels. It is not as far from the main hotel Ayana as e.g. Rimba, so that you can reach it within 5 mins with a shuttle which goes often enough. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, very clean and pretty new. Breakfast was totally amazing - a lot of choice for different types of cuisine - from European to Asian and American. Special thanks to iced latte & iced coffee. A lot of fruits, a lot of fresh pressed juices, smoothies etc. Good pastries, Omelettes, waffles, pancakes, Bali cakes, sushi, everything you would wish. Facilities are very well taken care of. You have also a lot of restaurants to visit and chose from. You have kids club and kids play area, also water slides and different shallow pools. We stayed previously in another 5 star hotel on Bali in the same price range and Ayana just beats it in every single point. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and friendly.

Only couple remarks if you travel with the kids: - difficult to find a place to change the diapers - sometimes there is even no changing table for the kids in the toilet… and no nursery room. This is a huge minus… at least when I asked the staff they only showed me a regular toilet, which is kind of not that comfortable for diaper changes… - if you have a stroller be prepared for a lot of stairs… sometimes you have an alternative, sometimes you don’t… so not that stroller friendly. probably a general problem in Bali - not enough places to sit/lay nearby the pools… of course you don’t want to have the sun loungers on every single square meter, but e.g. near the kids pool there were just 10 or so, which is of course just not enough for such a huge resort. - kids menu: be prepared that there is only a choice of 5 dishes around the resort. but of course you can order from regular menu for adults.

조경, 시설, 뷰는 역시 끝내주네요~ 근데 룸 사이즈나 컨디션은 생각보다 쏘쏘? 화장실은 고급스럽고 좋았네요ㅎ 수영장은 아야나 메인 풀이 제일 좋았고 탈라소테라피 아주 좋앗네요~ 룸서비스는 맛 없으니 비추고, 락바는 무조건 방문 추천!

발리의 천국, 결제는 주의

숙소 안에서 모든 걸 해결할 수 있고 수준 또한 5성급 답습니다. 구석구석 사람의 손길이 닿아 매우 잘 관리되고 있어요. 특히나 앱으로 필요한걸 주문할수 있어 아주 편합니다. 아이 둘과 있다보니 물 수건 등등 필요한게 많았는데 즉각 가져가 주시더라고요. 음식도 한국 가격이긴 했지만 정갈하고 맛있어요. 얼음도 실컷 마음껏 먹을 수 있어요. 마사지도 발리 최고 수준이에요. (로컬부터 몽땅 다 받아봄) 메인풀은 환상입니다. 다만 선베드 위에 물안경 같은 집어가기 쉬운건 두지 마세요. 사람이 많아서인지 아이들 것이 사라져서 곤혹스러웠네요. ㅎ

상당히 많은 나라를 여행했는데...숙소 결제 시스템이 사람이 입력해야하는게 많은거 처음 봤어요. ㅎㅎ 그탓인지 마지막날 결제시 실수(?)가 있었어요. 엑스트라배드 하나당 *4박을 추가해서 계산하는 바람에 200만원 가까이 오버된 금액이 나왔어요. 그냥 떠날뻔했는데 다행히 사실을 알아차리고...심지어 이미 결제마친 케이크 가격까지 추가된 사실을 발견해 떠나기전 아슬아슬하게 환불 받았습니다. 매우 황당했어요.

高級感があってホスピタリティも最高級グラスでした。ここでサプライズでプロポーズもしていただき、素敵な薔薇の花束も本来のものとは別にオーダーしたそうですが、心良く用意していただいたとのことで、本当に素敵な思い出となりました。プライベートディナーでついていただいた方は少し干渉が多く、自分の話も沢山してきてちょっと2人の大切な時間をゆっくり過ごしたいなと思いましたが、感じは良くいい方ではあったので、彼なりの心配りだったのかなと思い不快ではありませんでした。またぜひ利用したいです。

Uns hat einfach alles bei diesem Hotel gefallen. Was für eine tolle Anlage, alles super sauber und wirklich einfach toll, wie aufmerksam und nett dass ganze Personal ist. Unserer Besonderer Dank geht an Bernhard und Ari, was für tolle Menschen, wie aber wirklich jede und jeder andere Mitarbeiter auch. Wir sind sehr beeindruckt von diesem phantastischen Hotel, samt dem ganzen Team. Dass Frühstück war wirklich super und auch dass Abendessen. Ganz großes Lob an alle in dieser Anlage, wir kommen aus dem Schwärmen nicht mehr raus.

ジンバラン湾に面したロケーションが最高！プール14箇所、レストラン30箇所？あり、その日の気分でチョイス出来る。専用アプリでレストランの予約が出来るのも良い。私の泊まったセガラは出来てまだ新しく、部屋は広々としてとても快適だった。ミネラルウォーターが無料なのも良い

ちょっとうるさい。宿泊者がわんさといて、子供連れも多くいつもワサワサしている。プールサイドやビーチのデッキチェアも、早目に行って場所確保しないと座れない感じ。これから本格的夏休みシーズンで、中韓に加えて欧米客も増えるだろうから、リゾート内は益々うるさくなると思う。静かなバカンスを楽しみたい人には不向き。あ、でも一番高額なヴィラに泊まって、そこにお籠もりすればその問題は解決するかも。あとは食事が高い。朝食ブュッフェが4,000円以上するのはちょっと…。最後に、リゾート内を移動するトラムが満員で乗れない事があり、少しストレスだった。
