The service at Royal Tulip Springhill Resort Jimbaran was exceptional.
I had to remotely join an important conference during my stay, and the team went out of their way to arrange a separate screen/setup for me so I could participate comfortably. That level of support was far beyond what I expected from a hotel stay.
A special mention to Mr. Ariz, who made a genuine effort to ensure I had the best possible experience throughout my stay. His attention and willingness to help made the stay memorable.
Breakfast was excellent, the pool was very good, and overall the property offered a comfortable and relaxing experience.

Location is great. Accessible but secluded. The hotel has a great set up. We like it to be quite and peaceful and the hotel provided the environment we like. The pool and spa facilities were also nice.
The rooms were great but a little run down. In need of some extra maintenance. Breakfast and lunch quality was OK but not that great.
