Palette Resort Argya Santi Jimbaran

The staff were so considerate and helpful. When our air conditioner stopped working they helped us move to another room quickly. The Indonesian breakfast was delicious. Nice relaxing pool area to chill at. We were happy to stay a bit out of the way and get Gojek’s around Uluwatu as we didn’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of a tourist area.

This is a wonderful hotel, my wife and I have already done it for the second time. Our first stay was very short and we didn't have time to fully appreciate the experience. This time, we stayed for a longer period and realized how cozy and comfortable it is. We live in junior suite, they were spacious and had a beautiful view of Bali and the rooftops of houses with their local style. The hotel is in a quiet area, so we weren't bothered by bike noises. Our room was cleaned daily, and our towels were changed every other day. The hotel grounds are always clean and almost entirely covered in greenery. You can always find a spot in the shade, but there's also plenty of space to sunbathe on a sun lounger in the morning. The hotel has underground parking, which is convenient during rainy season. There are two roads leading to the hotel, one of them is under repair, and the other has good asphalt and very little traffic. The hotel is conveniently located, you can reach any location in the southern part of Bali in 20-25 minutes, and restaurants in Jimbaran are only 5 minutes away. The staff were so friendly and made us a great breakfast every morning with a variety of fruits. On our last day, they even served for us grilled fish and shrimp for dinner. It was delicious and romantic! We truly enjoyed our stay here for almost two months. I can't imagine any other place that could beat this hotel. The price and quality were top-notch. The resort had well maintained facilities such as the pool and restaurant. The breakfast included in our stay was pleasant. The 3 bedroom villa we stayed in was spacious, clean and tidy.

The location of the resort is unfortunate. It is located inconveniently down a terribly maintained road away from the main towns. If you stay here - do not book the 3 bedroom villa like we did. The noise from the street is very loud with the local stores situated opposite the resort. Screaming children, bikes, dogs barking, and general commotion until early hours of the morning.. we had a few hours of peace until the roosters start at 4am. Staff were very unhelpful with this issue and would not relocate us into different rooms despite us being the only guests. If we booked a different room I don’t think we would have had this issue.
