The resort is incredible, staff are happy and very helpful especially as I had booked several rooms for family staying for my son’s wedding. We invited 80 guests to stay at RIMBA. Excellent food and variety. Very patient helpful staff with my elderly parents transporting them around the complex. Exceptionally clean property. Our resort view suite was sensationally big and luxurious. Highly recommend and would stay again. Grounds are immaculate.
So much to do in such little time we stayed. The AYANA Spa and thalossotherapy was excellent.
Staff have some difficulty with speaking English aNd communicating clearly. Some delay in email communications. Little slow with poolside food service.
