The hotel was beautiful, tropical gardens and pools were lovely, each villa seemed private and not too close to neighbours. Interiors were well designed and decorated. The restaurant location and layout was great, staff very attentive and keen to assist. We enjoyed the proximity to Balangan beach, not a bit effort to get to the beach with only a short (if jagged) path down the cliff. Balangan beach is beautiful!
The bed!! It was very hard and uncomfortable, which is not what we would expect in a hotel of this calibre. My partner literally could not sleep, which affected his enjoyment of the location

This is a unique but beautiful place to stay. Location is under rated in my opinion. I think its the most amazing location in the area. The villas are stunning and the service is fantastic.

Location so close to beach just a walk down the staircase
The bed in our villa was very hard for me I recently had surgery so I really needed a softer bed.

The resort is very nice decorated with sunset view and direct access to the Balangan beach!
-Bungalow are not very comfortable
-housekeeping is coming to clean the rooms at 9am
-they charge for any little extra thing you ask for. For example 43K for a piece of ginger to make a hot tea for my sick wife, 19k the 30ml of oat milk every morning if you have any intolerance to normal
Milk…and like that with everything
- there is noise during night
-pool needs maintenance as you can cut yourself with the tales
-service at the bar is slow( 35 min for 2 salads)
- lack of hot water sometimes
-lack of space in the room for luggage.
