Lack of maintenance in the room and had to report issues 6 times to fix the faults.

Stunning resort, so spacious and luxurious! We had the golf side view. It was close to the beach! The room was huge, loved the space! The staff were so friendly and helpful! Played table tennis and pool. They had a fitness room, top roof pool! Excellent facilities!
The only minor thing was the laundry - it was sooo expensive to have it dry cleaned, laundered etc so much so I looked up on google and found a local who collected, delivered it and did it all in the SAME day for only $35 NZD where as the hotel quoted me $146 NZD not worth it.

My lady and I we both had Bali Belly (food poison) after having dinner at the resort restaurant. Checked out immediately the next day.

Staff were absolutely lovely! They decorated our room for my friends birthday which was a nice touch
We didn’t realise it was so out of the way in an old resort type complex. It was actually quite creepy. The room itself seems fine on arrival but the longer we were there we picked out how run down it was. It also smelt musty. We then went to try sleep (at approx 4pm) and construction work started next door. We rang reception to move room and they said they’d get back to us but didn’t ring us until the next day? We found it creepy at night aswell, it was so echoy. Would not recommend as there is a lot nicer and central in uluwatu.

The view was amazing, stuff is friendly
The resort is very old and tired. Room was big but very uncomfortable. It was moldy, the towels were grey and felt dirty, I done even want to start with the bed, it was really dirty.

Very good access to an amazing beach. Nice rooftop terrace, afternoon tea = almost a dinner.
Rather old Building/construction & and the Check-out not really friendly.

The rooftop pool was beautiful and it was a short walk to dreamland beach
The room we had was a good size and comfortable
Personally it was a bit too modern, it lacked character and felt like it could bed a hotel anywhere in the world. But that’s not really a problem with the hotel itself

Niks
The room was honestly disgusting from the start, but at first I didn’t even say anything. I thought I’d just deal with it. Then in the middle of the night I woke up with A RAT in my bed running across my arm. That was the point where I completely lost it.
After I complained they moved me to another room. It was slightly better, but still far from okay. There was still mold, this time on the curtains, and it just felt dirty and unsafe. The first room had mold all over the walls and even the floor was coming loose from moisture. None of it was acceptable.
And the breakfast? Absolutely revolting. Nothing looked fresh, nothing appetizing. Just gross. Definitely not what you expect from any hotel, let alone something calling itself a resort.
I had booked for four nights and only stayed one, but they refused to give me a full refund. I only got three nights back. But let me be very clear: I did not pay to have a rat in my bed. Should the rat cover part of that cost or what? The whole thing is ridiculous.
This place is beyond a nightmare. No one should ever stay here. Out of all the beautiful, clean and safe places in Bali, this one is an absolute disgrace. Stay far, far away.

The hotel staff were lovely and helpful. The beach is 5-7 minutes away and can be accessed via stairs.
The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. The pictures of the room on Booking do not reflect the reality. The air conditioner was leaking water, and the curtains had large holes. The breakfast area was unhygienic, with flies all over the fresh salad section. The bed sheets were stained, the chair and bed were filthy, and even the iron was dirty and covered in stains. Overall, the hotel was very disappointing and far below expectations.

We only stayed here as we had a wedding at the Jumeirah resort next door. The room is quite spacious for the price. Close to dreamtime beach which was not busy like Kuta/Canguu and the water and beach were clean. Staff were friendly, nice view of the golf course. Breakfast included is good considering how cheap the room was.
Like what others say, the resort is quite outdated. There is a mildrew smell in the halls and the room did not have the cleanest air. Because it is a resort area, it takes 10min to go back to the main road so you are a little secluded from the rest of the Uluwatu. The hairdyer and iron wasn't working in the room but they were quick to replace. Pool area needs a renovation, the water was a odd green colour.

Run down location, poor quality of breakfast.
Extra charges only applicable at this resort, additional 20% charges on food and beverages and additional service charges on every F&B order, refused to use any of their facilities due to that.

The staff were lovely and always happy to help. The hotel was situated in a really amazing spot at Dreamland beach and easy to get a taxi to other places in Uluwatu. The breakfast was excellent and the rooftop is very pretty looking over the ocean.
The pool area needs some umbrellas over the loungers to provide some shade during peak hot hours. The sun loungers also need some cushions so they are comfortable when by the pool for extended time periods.

All of it was lovely, very worth the price, would stay again. The staff were also very helpful with our arrival at 1am after a delayed flight

Location to the beach was great, staff were friendly.
There was Black, musty mould on curtains that stained skin and cloths if you brushed against it, the Shower & bathroom was also covered in mould. Payed $8 AUD for a small latte from cafe which was the most I’ve ever been charged in Bali, but when you stay here your options are very limited. Breakfast was very, very basic. But worse of all was the other people staying there, just rude, entitled, chain smoking people that gave a really bad vibe to the entire hotel. We cut our losses and left early even though we payed for a longer stay.

The view from the rooftop was beautiful. Bed was comfortable.
Oh where do I start? Let’s start with the worst topic: cleanliness. From the moment we walked into the room, it smelled of sewage and mould. You can see mould throughout the entire “resort.” Despite complaining multiple times, the staff did nothing about it. We heard others complain as well. After our 3rd complaint (late on our last night) they offered us a new room, but we declined because we checked out early the next morning. They promised us some sort of recommendation when we checked out the next day, but did not follow through with that promise and ignored the situation. I think it’s very important to emphasize that BOTH ME AND MY FIANCÉE GOT SICK FROM THESE CONDITIONS!! The pillows were also filthy. Now let’s move on to the staff. I’ve travelled in Bali many times and I have never experienced such incompetent staff, especially at a “5 star resort.” They need to train their staff better on hospitality. When they would clean the room they would take our towels and not replace them. Rarely threw out the trash and never did anything about the stench. The front desk staff was entirely unaccessible by phone, so we would have to take the elevator down to the lobby to instruct them to send towels to the room. The bar staff was friendly and gave their best efforts. I don’t recommend eating here because the food quality was poor. We ended up ordering GRAB meals, since there are no other options nearby. Lastly, unless you’re golfing, the location is very inconvenient. It’s 25-30 mins each way to Uluwatu. They do have a small beach walking distance from the resort, but we did not go there because it was small and overcrowded.
I have travelled Bali quite extensively and this was by far my worst experience, and one of the more expensive facilities I stayed at.

The accommodation was in a great location, close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful scenery.
Unfortunately, the accommodation was very neglected and worn down. It’s clear that the place was originally intended to be a 5-star resort, but it seems like no renovations or proper maintenance have taken place in years. The lobby chairs were visibly dirty, and cleanliness in general was a recurring issue throughout the hotel.
We had to ask for the bed linen to be changed because there was a large, clearly visible brown stain on it. The staff at reception did replace it when we reported the issue, and I also overheard another guest complaining about a similar problem, which was concerning.
Breakfast was very basic with limited options – while the food didn’t make us feel unwell, it was far from impressive. One afternoon, we wanted to rest in our room, but the room phone rang four or five times with strange and unnecessary reasons, which made relaxing impossible.
Communication was also a challenge, as most of the staff had limited English skills. While this made things a bit difficult at times, I do want to mention that the restaurant staff were kind and genuinely tried their best. However, it’s clear that the hotel currently lacks the resources and standards to be considered a good resort

The location is good, very near to Jumeirah
I stayed at klapa room for 2 nights and paid 5.4 million rupiah, which felt quite high considering the overall experience.
The towel provided had a noticeable stain, the sink drain was dirty, and we had to pay extra for drinking water, which I found surprising given the price.
The interior felt in need of refreshment.
On top of that, the breakfast options didn’t reflect the standard expected at this price point, with very little variety.
The resort has potential, but for this rate, I expected better cleanliness, service, and overall attention to detail.

The location is good and the view from the roof top restaurant and pool is
Lovely. The bedrooms are spacious and the staff are very friendly. There was plenty of choice at breakfast.
The hotel is a little tired. It is clean but could do with updating. The pool area is quite basic the sun loungers could be more comfortable and there is very little shade for people who don’t like to sit in the sun.

Nice resort, lovely staff and great to have the private access route to the beach! The spa is just a hotel room transformed with 2 beds in it which I didn’t expect but the massage was very good. Can be a bit eerie at night time, big long and wide corridors and can hear the doors banging with the echo but big comfortable room. Overall very nice!

The hotel smelt like mould. The gym was terrible had broken equipment not even a treadmill. The breakfast was disgusting the buffet wasn’t a buffet. There was 3 options on offer.
The wellness spa was just one of the rooms with 2 massage beds in it!
The room smelt. It was dirty. Water was leaking from the ceiling outside on the balcony. All the floors were water damaged

Incredible location for Dreamland beach , private stairs down. Also for getting to other parts of Uluwatu it is only about a 10 - 20 minute bike ride to most places so easily to access all parts you will want to see . Can rent a bike outside hotel , great service too. View from rooftop pool outstanding for sunset.
Didn’t stay long enough !

The room is nice and spacious, just old.
The hotel is old, not in a good shape, desperately needs renovation. It doesn’t smell good.
