This is the most amazing resort we have ever stayed at, and we are experienced travelers! This place itself is exquisite, the rooms palatial, and the staff is the most hospitable. 5 stars doesn’t begin to describe this place. It should have 10 stars!

Warm service. Shoutout to “Carlos” Santana, Widi/Wadi(?), and our photographer, Julia. Need to call out the racist Asian manager though who only attended to Caucasian guests. Couldn’t really care less about her actions. But still NOT a good look for the hotel. Food options are limited. If you’re there for a week, the hotel would serve you the same breakfast items every single day. Nasi Goreng is better at the Ritz in Nusa Dua Bed and pillows are superb.

This was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed. The people here do everything to make your stay amazing over and beyond. The grounds have such an incredible energy and are spectacular with views and beauty. I could fault nothing! I came with a friend and we just had the most amazing relaxing time. Thank you for the luxury, the kingdom of energy you have created here is bliss and only for the most fortunate to receive such blessings!

Worth every penny! I am lost for words, to express the beauty of this resort. From the check-in process to checkout, from pool hopping in 3 different infinity pools, to direct access to dream land beach, from restaurants with magical views that would breathless where in other parts of Bali you have to wait in line to be able to take a good photo. From top management to professional staff. It was a dream resort where we enjoyed every minute of it.

It is by far the best hotel in bali. The property is brand new with top quality furnishings and linens. Service is excellant and as good as any other Jumeirah hotel. You feel like you're in a botanical garden the while time.. landscaping is just above and beyond anywhere else around. Direct access to one of the best beaches also!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The best and most luxurious hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at. The villas are incredible with their own private pool and butler. Our butler Krisna went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. He knew we were celebrating our anniversary and printed out pictures and brought us a cake one night. We loved the private beach access and my husband was able to surf in our “backyard”. The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve ever had were still dreaming about all the fresh fruit they had available. The villa itself was huge and had 2 bathrooms and a stand-alone tub in the middle of the room, which was my favorite. Normally we get a little homesick towards the end of our vacation, but Jumeirah is somewhere we could stay forever. We will definitely be back.
