We had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel overall. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a lovely atmosphere. The swimming pool was excellent, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options each morning. We also really appreciated the “chocolate hour,” which was a thoughtful and unique touch.
The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and had a nice view. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was of a high standard.
A special mention must go to some of the staff who truly made our stay memorable. Henny, the Customer Relations Manager, was outstanding, she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, kept in regular contact, and was always friendly and approachable. She really enhanced our experience. Adi, one of the cleaners, was also excellent, very polite and thorough, and maintained our room to a high standard. Additionally, Artini, the spa masseuse, provided an excellent service.
The kids club was another highlight, with great facilities that kept our child entertained throughout our stay.
We felt that the breakfast service was a little too rigid in terms of timing. At exactly 10:30am, we were unable to order coffee, even though we were already seated in the breakfast area. A bit more flexibility here would improve the guest experience.
We also had a less positive experience with the children’s hairdresser, who was not particularly friendly and did not provide a welcoming experience for our child.
Finally, as a Mövenpick hotel, we expected complimentary Mövenpick ice cream to be available on-site. Instead, it was only available for purchase at the café next door. Offering this as a complimentary feature would be a nice touch and align with brand expectations

Kids club was great, there they meet other kids play around and give you a rest, a small but functional gym was also good, the buffet breakfast was excellent (if you like eating a lot in the morning) and of good quality, the place was clean and rooms had big shower and bath.
Location wise there is not much around a part from the beach area (good seafood restaurants) to eat out, every other direction was kind of a mess (you need a taxi to get out), you are basically stuck in the resort where they charge you $6 for a black coffee (to give you an idea) our room had a rather ugly vista (a laneway with a grey wall and if you consider what they charge you it should be better.

All smiley employees great staff
Kitchen is really poor. We ordered eggs omelet etc all came up with full of egg shells. Food is expensive but quality is poor in general.
Small servings not much delicious. Just going out a few minutes and half prices double delicious food available
$$$$
