Lovely setting and immaculately well maintained hotel. Lovely staff who just couldn’t do enough for us. All at a reasonable price. The kids club staff were outstanding.

We had such a wonderful stay. Every single staff member that we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed. Housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping the room feeling clean and tidy throughout our stay. The kids club was brilliant, our two boys aged 4 and 7 absolutely loved it and were constantly asking to go back, there were a great selection of activities for them each day and we loved that you could drop them off and pick them up at any time throughout the day and the staff would keep in contact if they needed anything, the staff were all wonderful. The restaurant and food throughout the entire resort was exceptional and exceeded our expectations, we thoroughly enjoyed everything that we had. They also catered extremely well to gluten free guests with a separate menu, even a menu with a range of made to order options during the breakfast buffet. Every single staff member in the restaurant were very well trained on dietary requirements and took extra care to ensure needs were met. We used the spa twice during our stay, we booked a family package and had a 60 minute massage for 2 adults and our 2 kids which was excellent, we didn’t know it was even possible for our boys to be completely silent for 60 minutes but we didn’t hear a peep out of them the entire time and they thoroughly enjoyed their experience, as did we! The resort itself is beautiful, well laid out, very well maintained and clean throughout. The pools were lovely, with the quieter lap pools and the more family orientated pool area with inflatables and slides, there was something for everyone. The amenities were great and the Samasta shopping area just outside the resort was a great addition especially for a stroll in the evening to grab an ice cream. We absolutely loved our stay here and were very sad to leave at the end of it, we would absolutely stay here again and recommend to all.

Minor details in an otherwise fantastic day - It would be great if filtered water was more readily available/easily accessible without having to purchase it. With thirsty kids, having to purchase bottled water when poolside adds up quickly. It would be nice to have water offered for the tables in the restaurant without having to request table water. There wasn’t much on offer for gluten free guests during chocolate hour. The beach access - we left the resort to explore via the designated beach access point but were not informed (nor was there any signage anywhere) that the access back into the resort via this entrance closed at 9pm, we returned around 9.30pm with 2 very tired kids and our 87 year old grandad and had to walk a reasonable distance up a steep hill in the dark to gain access back into the resort via the main entrance, it would have been good to know beforehand. The majority of the seating around the pool were the daybeds that you had to reserve and pay for, there wasn’t a great amount of loungers that were located directly next to the pool (especially in the areas near the kids section) which meant that we were sometimes left with no choice but to pay for the daybed just to be in a position that allowed us to supervise our kids in the pool.

Kitchen is really poor. We ordered eggs omelet etc all came up with full of egg shells. Food is expensive but quality is poor in general. Small servings not much delicious. Just going out a few minutes and half prices double delicious food available
