A pleasant stop over

The swimming pool and the room, which was very comfortable with a king size bed. Very convenient for a night stop as it is really close to the airport.

Nothing at all.

The attitude of the staff is totally unhelpful. Their standard response to any question is "No". Also give misleading advice when asked a question like how much time to reach the airport. Always a massive traffic jam in front of the hotel and sometimes it takes 20 mins for the taxi or a car to arrive at a the lobby even though the car may be only a few metres from the Hotel. Terrible location.

So comfy!

Our kids really love the pool! The room is clean and the hotel lobby is spacious and I love the ambience. The staff really helpful and allow us to stay until midnight at the Pool near the Bar.

The parking area is very limited for the customer. I had to park my car adjacent to the main road which made me a bit worry.

During my stay, lots of guess coming too. So, there are many foods left at breakfast corner. I wish they could prepare breakfast for the group separately, so it did not bother other guest.

The decor was just beautiful to look at. It felt extremely luxurious. Definitely one of the nicest stays we’ve had in Bali. Crisp cold air conditioning was very much appreciated. Plenty to choose from at breakfast.

Nice place but only for families with kids, not for a couple or friends looking for a quiet place to chill. Too loudly.

The place is beautiful and comfortable

The shower was a bit difficult: door not closing totally and not entirely working. The staff seems to be stress but I have the feeling that the hotel’s goal is to have as many customers as possible. Also, other clients are so loud, impossible to sleep during the morning… and sometimes disrespectful, they’re in a rush. The pool is pretty cool but too much kids everywhere playing and shooting. It’s a cool place but not we you’re looking for some calm or if you wanna rest. But I guess it’s okay if you intend to come with your family, kids and have fun.

Run-down room, amazing staff attitude

Staff attentiveness and friendliness is amazing

Many parts of the room are old, rusty, partly broken and moldy. Our room light was flickering and could not switch off; had electrician coming in late at night for an hour but in the end all they could do was permanently disabling half of the light in the room.

TERRIBLE HOTEL

The hotel was VERY OLD. The shower was disgusting, lots of mould and dirt everywhere, the sink was broken, the bed was not comfortable. There was a terrible smell in all the hotel and the WiFi didn´t work from my room. The breakfast was a disaster. There is not much option if you don´t like indonesian food. More than 20 minutes wait for an omelette. The staff was not nice. They delayed my check-in more than 1 hour, and when I got the room I noticed a very annoying noise outside of the room as the A/C was just there. I asked if they could change my room and they not even bothered to help me. The swimming pool area was in the middle of the hotel, so every person that goes into the hotel sees you. There is no privacy. When I got back from dinner the first night, the entrance of the hotel was full of rubbish. Additionally, the hotel is located in a very noise road.

It’s a hotel, not a retreat. Ok pool with fun waterslide for kids. Boring place in dull environment

The room with pool access was nice. Just walk out the door a you are in the pool. Our 5 year old really liked the water slide.

We book our last 3 days in Bali here thinking we could just relax at the retreat. But it’s not a retreat. It’s a hotel with a pool close to a busy road. Sun beds outside our window was used by other people. The AC decided to adjust temperature to much colder than I set or too every now and then. I was not able to ride the water slide with my son because of the shallow water (50 cm). Breakfast was boring and the staff did not have good knowledge about the contents of the food when asked. Kids club was a playroom with bo scheduled activities.

Very kind and polite staff. Nice and comfortable rooms. Nice gym and swimming pool. The lounge is spacious and we were allowed to stay after the check-out while waiting for our plane.

The restaurant was a bit of a let down. Neither the local dishes nor the international cuisine was of great quality, and most of the items on the menu were unavailable. The rooftop bar mentioned on the website was closed. The Wi-Fi is of very poor quality

incredibly disappointing - left early

reception area nice, pool looked nice although we didn’t end up using it or the kids area due to leaving early. the staff were nice.

No bar (rooftop or lounge as listed on the website) Breakfast - poor selection and coffee was Awful!! noisy room Things not available on the limited restaurant for food - told three things ‘out of stock’ No wine (in a hotel?!) No kids menu Fridge in room isn’t a fridge, it’s a room temperature box (no good for storing milk like we needed) Wifi poor Room service ends 9.30pm - had to order water and milk on a grab delivery. nowhere else to get drinkable water

The facilities were fantastic, the staff were so attentive and friendly, they couldn’t have done anymore. The food was amazing, breakfast every morning and 3 times we ate in the restaurant, however we were the only ones eating.

Our patio door didn’t seem to lock very well - though they did help us straight away with this.
