There isn’t a rating high enough to do this hotel and its staff justice. The experience was simply exceptional, and now I’m afraid I may never experience this level of hospitality anywhere else. From the breathtaking views and stunning villas to the endless activities that can be effortlessly booked through the hotel’s app, every detail is designed to perfection. I arrived well before the scheduled check-in time and was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was already ready. Not only that, but I was also upgraded from the room category I had originally booked. Vivi and Antoni warmly welcomed me, helped me settle in, and surprised us with thoughtful gifts, treats, and a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. To make an already unforgettable stay even better, I was granted a complimentary late check-out, allowing me to relax and enjoy my final day before heading to my late-night flight. Special thanks to Danhi at the front desk, whose dedication and willingness to help made this possible. Do yourself a favor and book this property. Spend the extra money and experience for yourself what makes a Four Seasons stay so extraordinary. The world-class service is only enhanced by the genuine warmth and kindness of the Balinese people.
