The room was amazing, so big and bright. Also all the other facilities present, like the pool and spa
We could only get lukewarm water, which was especially underwhelming when we tried to draw a bath in our fabulous bathtub in the room. We then also found out that the water was basically brown. Sheets were unfortunately not clean.

It was quiet and the pools were reasonable. Good value.
Poorly maintained rooms, flaky paint throughout the swimming pool, bad advice from staff, dodgy hotel organised airport transfer
