Everything about the hotel was amazing, location the pool, the cottages, staff were amazing.
There was a rat in my bathroom, and water pressure was not up to the mark

Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Staff were very accommodating and willing to help with any issues. The place is tucked back off the main street so no street noise (just roosters). A quick 10 minute walk to the beach area and a great spot to stay for 1 night convenient to the airport.
No complaints!

The price and location.
The room was very small and our room was under a tree so things continually fell on the roof of the room making loud noises.

The AC works well
Thin-walled, very old bungalows with non functioning facilities. Clothes wardrobe was closed with a non existing key, power outlet next to the bed did not work, shower was clogged, water pressure not enough, breakfast was a joke, coffee was watery, staff put loud balinese music starting from 6:30 AM, you can't sleep without earplugs.
