I absolutely loved my stay at Jumeirah Bali. The service was outstanding - warm, attentive, and truly five-star. On my birthday, the team surprised me with a delicious cake and a beautifully decorated room, which made my day unforgettable. The breakfast was exquisite, both in taste and presentation, and the setting was simply breathtaking. Every corner of the resort felt like a dream - peaceful, elegant, and full of charm.

Loved every moment

Great Breakfast. Proximity to the beach was a plus. Restaurants were both high quality. Service staff for foyer, room, pool and restaurants were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The resort had a great layout with the buggy transfer service making getting around easy.

Not really a criticism, more of a situation. It was a bit untidy at the beach with non resort guests walking through the reserved seating to access the beach. Staff still provided great service to guests in spite of difficulties in policing recalcitrant individuals..

Great stay with a few minor issues.

Amazing location with great facilities and good for our family.

We stayed in a sunset villa for 3 nights, the first day we didn’t have hot water, this was resolved and then on the last day our pool emptied so we couldn’t use it. The staff were very apologetic and tried to help but I’d expected more from Jumeirah.

If you're going to luxe it up...

From the moment we arrived, we felt we were in great hands. Small things, like the butler saying 'Welcome home' when we arrived at our villa after a tour, to the tiny snacks offered between swims in the warm, clear surf, to the gamelan players letting me have a go on their gambang took this resort to the next level.

Wonderful relaxing hotel, beautiful location!

My family and I enjoyed the sunset villa, the beach, the views, and the staff were great, this is a beautiful truly 5 star hotel and would highly recommend it.

Couple of constructive criticisms were that our sunset villa was located very close to reception and the bathroom blinds needed to be kept closed at all times as it was not private, as with the blinds along the main pathway. Not to worry the blinds were electric and worked well. Our dining experience at eCasa restaurant wasn’t great, the staff could work on a more welcoming reception and explaining the menu better, with shorter wait times. The view was breathtaking.

Exceptional property, exceptional service and exceptional staff!

The property is magnificent, the staff were exceptional. Everyone made you feel like royalty. Service was unbelievable. The food was excellent. The Akasa restaurant has beautiful sunset views and has a DJ and live music. The food was also exceptional. We booked an Oceanview Villa with a private pool. The villa was spacious and had all the comforts you could think of. We stayed for 4 days and our only regret is that we did not stay longer!

The villa, beach and other facilities are excellent, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Must highlight the foods, surprisingly superb for a resort. Usually resort have so so food. Considering we dont usually travel out of the venue, the food at Jumeirah are pleasingly good

Distant from one facilities to another are far apart, we need to ride a buggy. Although the buggy come quite quick compared to other resorts

5- Star H that needs improvement in executive services

The location is facing the beautiful Bali sunsets, moreover its located on a public beach with too much people laying just beside the hotels sun beds and really so many rubbish around that no one cares about. Despite this, all hotel areas: gardens, restaurants, shared places and of course the villas were beautifully maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The difference that elevated our experience were made by the hotel staff members- from the security team and the front desk, to housekeeping and wait staff, and even the pool & beach boys like Yudi, were doing their best to accommodate guests with professionalism, kindness and warm attitude.

We were quite concerned by the manner in which the full prepayment of our stay was requested. The demand for advance payment was conveyed in a way that felt both insistent and borderline threatening, with repeated daily warnings (even in my personal whats up account) that our reservation would be canceled unless we complied. Moreover the payment link provided was flagged by our bank as potentially unsafe, subject to further unease. Note also our disappointment that this payment process was been refused by the hotel to be handled through the Booking.com platform, where the reservation was been made, as it would have ensured a secure & seamless experience.

Beautiful resort felt very lush and expensive. Wonderful attentive staff always on call for any request. The villas were outstanding and well thought out for comfort and size.

Felt there was no vibe around the pool area. Needs music! Feels like a sleepy area. Also felt it needed a day time bar that you could sit at and enjoy the views.

Must-visit resort in Uluwatu Bali.

Hotel is high-end resort , the villas were wow! Resort is very authentic but with last technologies, very green like you live in Jungles. Brand new, amazing beach for surfing. Clean (its very important for me) to be perfectly clean. SPA is just speechless (Talise SPA). If in Ubud number 1 is Four Seasons, in Uluwatu its Jumeirah! You feel local culture a lot. Very quite, peaceful, staff very sweet. Bali people are generaly sweet. I will definetely return.

Best resort in Bali.

This location and resort left us speechless. It was the highlight of our 1 week stay in Bali, we wished we stayed a little longer. The staff was amazing, the rooms were great and the hospitality exceeded our expectations .

The only one thing we disliked was not having many dinner options for vegetarian/vegan diet, but that was fine since we ended up ordering from outside.
