Vivara Bali Private Pool Villas & Spa Retreat

I could not fault anything. The grounds and villa were immaculate, the food was delicious, the location was great. The staff were fantastic and could not enough for you. I wish I stayed longer and I will definitely be returning.

Beautiful private villa

The privacy and calmness, together with the amazing atmosphere and kindness of your staff was excellent. From the moment we arrived, we experienced your warm Balinese hospitality and a true sense of peace. Our villa was breathtaking, clean and incredibly spacious and our bathroom felt like a private spa. The highlight of our trip was our surprisingly large private pool where we could disconnect and relax. The food at your restaurant was simple and delicious and the staff is incredible, making our stay so comfortable. The shuttle service you provided was a standout. We cannot recommend your private pool villas highly enough. We had a week of ultimate relaxation and will encourage a stay at your retreat with great enthusiasm and support. We will be back! Thank you for your expert service and for making us feel so welcome.

If you like English breakfast with Milk, they don’t have milk and they don’t have English breakfast so bring your own. Also when I got the milk from the restaurant it costed 25000++ I asked about if you can get the floaty over Booking.com and they said yes but they didn’t tell me they charge 350,000+ for the rental for this price. I could’ve bought my own also all the big resource they will give all these flies and everything else as free as you’re already paying such a high cost. The arrival drink was refreshing and cold, but I felt that wasn’t fresh juice but pet bottle juice I can see most of the customers were Chinese that’s why the breakfast was mainly catered for Chinese audience. The nescafe was horrible. Again, if you pay so high you expect good coffee and tea the watermelon juice was good and apart from watermelon and papaya, fruits like melon were blend and not ripe. The staff doesn’t understand English a lot most of the time is very difficult that what you want. The fridge wasn’t clean properly, and as he open it, you will smell a very strong beer smell. As if someone had putting open beer in it. Cleaning staff was very quick and they had like multiple people doing a quick job to keep the privacy. Most of the pools are 1.4 meter It really should be 1.2 meter for everyone to be comfortable and enjoy Had horrible massage. Luckily the manager accepted and removed the fees
