Didnt know how to use some shower things

The room are very large

I really liked that they have a mini convenience store and ATM in the lobby so if you need anything you don’t have to leave the hotel. Shower had good water pressure and was hot. They also offered a free shuttle to the GWK park which was a nice addition. I had a balcony view onto the golf course which was pretty. The wedding chapel is beautiful and I saw a lovely sunset up there overlooking the sea. The staff were also nice and helpful every-time I had a question or query they were very responsive.

The cleanliness standards were quite poor at the Ululani. Lots of stains on the furniture, a few ants on the dresser, AC was leaking all down the walls. When I did bring up the AC to reception they were quick to send someone to fix it. The power went out when I was showering and it took them 40 mins to send someone up, so I was sat in the dark for a while. And a particularly big issue for me was that the walls/doors are VERY THIN, all night you can hear people up and down the corridors talking, laughing and generally being very loud, I even had people knocking on my door and running away, as a solo traveller it was a bit unsettling. And a lot of the time the restaurant downstairs couldn’t accommodate room service which was frustrating.
