Room is clean, with good wind down service towards the evening. Staff are generally friendly and helpful.
However, they should have told us there is construction right outside Segara，which impacted the view of the pool and the noise is disturbing. We would have chosen another site if we were made known. Also, the shuttle bus to the main building is annoying, when it is full, we have to wait for another one. Also the spot alight and get on the bus is not sheltered, the experience does not match it price and you will get better option elsewhere. Also the spa and massage is ridiculously expensive.
All in all, I would prefer stay in another location of Bali.

Good and friendly staff. Nice room. However should re-consider layout of bathtub, due to fault on water faucet,the water will leak out into the room. We're lucky to find it out right the way.
If somebody like to try Bayview room, be aware of afternoon sun light will make room like an oven...
