We loved this hotel, it felt like a piece of paradise, so calm and relaxing. Loved the design of the Garden and pool area. We had the pool room with an outdoor bathroom, we absolutely loved staying here and would come again.

Everything and more. The breakfast, the staff, the rooms were kept in exceptional condition. The team really go above and beyond to make your stay as perfect as possible. Nothing is too much to ask, their WhatsApp communication is amazing - they get back to you insanely quickly. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Tranquil and relaxing during the day and primo location on eat street.

Beautiful outdoor area, loved the pool and the day beds are so comfortable. Clean hotel, loved that the rooms are all slightly different, and styled nicely, very comfortable beds and pillows. Staff were so accomodating and like all Balinese such beautiful helpful people and always smiling.

the property is located in the heart of eat street which is so handy, the nightlife is right next door and music does go to very late, the staff are conscious of the noise and provide ear plugs for guests.

Excellent service

The property is beautiful, exactly as it is shown on the pictures. I stayed there for 5 nights and the service was totally amazing. The communication is easy via WhatsApp and they respond instantly, obviously you can just pop up to the reception too, there is always someone. The quality of the food matches with the price you pay for. Also the pool is clean, including the pool chairs (I went during the wet season and still they take care of any detail making sure they were dry for the days when the weather was better). Furthermore, the room can be cleaned twice a day or once if you don’t need it. The location is good as you are close to restaurants, laundry, moto-hire place, spa, beaches, etc.

As you are close to a bar, at night can be a bit noisy if you go early to sleep. We knew this beforehand so we didn’t care too much. They will give you air plugs. It’s not their fault in any case…

BOOK IT NOW

Absoutely fantastic place that exceeded our expectations by a long shot. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained, breakfast is superb as well - many choices from avocado toast to eggs benedict to Indonesian cuisine. We really loved the pool area - aways some space available to chill and relax, no need to book it in advance like in some other hotels. The staff is exceptional (yes, they are exceptional everywhere in Bali, but this felt really special). 100% we'd be back if we ever went to Bali again, I was sad to leave :) Also, great location - 10mins walk from the beach and Single fin, cafes/restaurants/bars just across the street, a massage place literally on the opposite side of the road.

A rock bar playing live music until midnight across the street :) Though I do love rock music so it did not bother me much, but be prepared to sleep with earplugs if you want to sleep before midnight. It did not ruin our experience at all, and the owner was very apologetic about it; there are things you can't control in life.

Lovely Boutique Hotel in a Great Location

We had a lovely stay at Ria Uluwatu. The staff were super friendly, the service exceptional and the location perfect. The hotel has a great vibe where you know that your needs are cared for, because it is boutique and has limited number of rooms. We knew upfront of the noise from the nearby (new) bar's live music but it did not bother us that much. They also supplied earplugs in case we needed them. On the day of checkout they safely stored our luggage and even allowed me to take a shower late afternoon before leaving for the airport.

Super relaxed, amazing!

This place is amazing. Despite it's central location, the place is very quiet. Yes there is a bar with live music til midnight, but to be honest you don't really hear it in the rooms. The facilities are fantastic, it's spacious, the pool is very chill and there's enough space to have a private feel while lying on the super comfortable sunbeds. The service is absolutely fantastic and pool service is available. The rooms are again spacious and comfortable, really lovely! One other highlight is the breakfast, there's plenty of options in the menu (it's a plated service, no buffet) and the food is absolutely amazing. Lots of healthy options and you can order whatever you want. Add to that perfectly made coffees and fresh juices and you have all you need for a great start of the day. There's a gym next door where you get a hotel discount and plenty of excellent restaurants and shops are nearby. I initially booked 5 nights, then extended with another 5 nights and while I'm still here I will probably extend until the end of my holidays. So highly recommended!

The internet is fast enough, but seems to "stutter" every now and then. The hotel is aware of this and are working on improving it. This by the way is absolutely no complaint, it works well enough most of the time!

The style of the hotel is beautiful , the staff, were excellent the food was fabulous, loved the pool and pool lounges are wonderful and the location is the best.

The music from a bar nearby can be loud at night but it’s was normally done by about 11pm. The hotel provide ear plugs so that helps.

Perfect location and fantastic staff. Very cute houses and although small, the pool is great. they have a shower facility that you can use in case you need it after check out.

They don't foresee a late check out option, even by paying. but it's great they let you use the pool and shower after you have checked out.

Location, comfort, great for late flights as they offer luggage storage, use of hotel after check out and shower facilities. Everything is right outside, short walk to Thomas beach and Single fin.

Youre in the thick of it so expect noise from surrounding bars, take ear plugs.

Gorgeous resort, friendly staff, yummy breakfast and close to all the action.

This boutique resort is stunning and a little oasis right in the middle of the action. The location is walking distance to Single Fins and all the great restaurants (Yuki, Tabu, M Mason), good shopping and Thomas Beach. You can then jump on a grab bike and be at Melasti Beach in 20 minutes. The breakfast was delicious, the pool is the perfect temperature and the staff are so funny and accommodating (big shout out to Gina who is a delight!).

I knew it was going to be loud at night but I didn't know about the new bar right across the road playing cover music most nights. It is so loud and the accommodation businesses in the area are suffering, which is such a shame because it is completely out of their control. I wore ear plugs and it was fine but if you want a quiet and peaceful location, I'd look for something a bit further away (or request one of the quieter rooms at the very least).

Amazing place with even more amazing people

The best thing about this hotel is its staff- the most adorable and friendly people who always greet you with a smile and solve all your problems easily (special thanks to Gina and Christi-they are the fairies of this place). We had to stay one more night and booked in the last minute yet they were able to accomodate us and help us with the booking. The facilities are also amazing- the pool, the bar, the room itself and proximity to the beach. Definitely coming back here!

One must be aware that Ria Uluwatu is located centrally in Uluwatu, where quite some nightlife is going on. Just use earplugs.

Beautiful, well located place with outstanding staff!

Comfortable, spacious rooms. We were upgraded to a room with a small private pool and a cool outdoor bathroom. The pool area was beautiful, as was the seating area where we had breakfast. Breakfast was excellent, with great a-la-carte options. The customer service was outstanding, with a great team of staff. Excellent location with many enjoyable restaurants nearby, and some very nice beaches within a 15 minute walk.

Amazing stay!

Amazing stay at Ria Uluwatu! The pool and pool lounge area was so relaxing and all the staff were very accomodating. The breakfast every morning was delicious - my personal favourite was the apple and banana pancakes. The accomodation is in a very good location with lots of nice restaurants and cafes nearby.
