amazing location, walking distance to the beach and 2min walk single fin and lots of bars and restaurants! Staff were excellent and very lovely.

Photos didn’t really match the property, more run down than the photos show. no view from pool as bushes are over grown, toilet didn’t flush had to pour water down the toilet for it to work.

This hotel is perfect for anyone looking for a raw, laid-back vibe—it’s definitely not luxurious. The front desk is very minimal (no phone, and one person handles everything), which adds to its charm. The space itself is cute, spacious, and in an amazing location. You can easily walk to plenty of bars and restaurants, which was a huge plus.

My only downside was the shower pressure—it took a while to wash my hair—and the bathroom floor tends to get wet after showering. But honestly, that kind of fits the overall vibe.

The location is excellent. 5 minute walk to Single Fin and the beach. I love the design and aesthetic of the rooms! White and beachy. The pool is quiet. Small but nice. Never too many people.

Location

The location was great for my main purpose, which was easy access to the surf, and I have to say that the staff were genuinely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the condition of the property and its facilities was very disappointing and very different from what I expected. The bathroom was one of the biggest issues. Water from the shower runs all over the floor, there are no windows or proper ventilation, and the overall setup is very strange and uncomfortable. The paint on the floors and walls was also cracking and peeling in several areas, making the place feel poorly maintained. The air conditioning urgently needs to be cleaned and serviced. It produced a very unpleasant smell in the room, and we all became unwell during our stay. The cushions, decorative items and other soft furnishings also looked dirty and appeared to need a proper wash or deep clean. The pool area was also concerning, as parts of the flooring appeared to be falling apart, which made the area feel unsafe. The advertised “massage room” is not a functioning massage room at all. It is being used as a storage room, with dirty mattresses and other items stored inside. There was also visible mould around the room. There were no massage facilities or massage services available whatsoever, so calling this a massage room is quite misleading. The shop area also seems to be there mainly for decoration rather than operating as an actual shop. There are no breakfast facilities either, although considering the overall cleanliness and condition of the property, I personally would not have felt comfortable eating there anyway. Overall, the property has a great location, especially if your priority is surf access, and the staff were genuinely very helpful. However, the facilities are in serious need of maintenance, deep cleaning and renovation. There is definitely potential because of the location and the staff, but in its current condition, the property needs significant improvement.
