Nice place to stay but very loud and quite expensive

The rooms weee very nice and spacious. The pool is nice.

It’s very noisy at night because the bar next door plays music very late. The bathroom could be refreshed. The price of the rooms is very expensive.

Beautiful, excellent location.

The property is beautiful, very peaceful during the day. The staff are incredibly friendly too. The location is brilliant, just a short walk to the cliffs, surrounding restaurants, clubs etc.

Just be mindful, like many other reviews say, there is a club across the road with pounding music all through the night. We were supplied with ear plugs from the staff which was great, however, we were there Sunday night which is the sunset party, and the music was so loud through until 4am we did not sleep very well at all. This is not a reflection of the staff or hotel itself, just advising future guests. Great place if you’re partying yourself!

Very good location right next to single Fin, the staff were very friendly and it was nice having the pool and sun lingers as well :) the room was also a good size!

Our room said that it had a sofa bed and when I asked a sofa bed was confirmed, however there was just a sofa not a sofa bed.

Good location and comfortable rooms. The area is behind closed doors which gives a little bit more privacy. We enjoyed the accommodation's "own house" style.

Omg whatever you do don’t stay here on Sundays or Wednesdays the MUSIC IS SOOO LOUD. It sounded like there was a speaker in my room and it lasted until 5AM. Bathroom smelt like an armpit and had mould everywhere. There’s no restaurant, no massage thing, the pool is foul, the pool area looks like the set of The Walking Dead. Oh and if you need to see someone at the front desk they’re probs on there 5hr long lunch break. But besides that 😃

They tried to steal money from me. Stay away.

The Manic Toya double charged me. I contacted them to fix this and they ignored me. Once I contacted Booking.com they then pretend that they don't have the money. 10000000% sure they double charged me. Be careful from these people as they are thieves that try to rip you off.

Disappointing and overpriced for the standard of accommodation, and no sleep.

The location is excellent, a short walk to Suluban Beach, good restaurant and bars in the area

It was a nightmare stay, Sunday nights the afterparty from Single Fin Sunday session, is right outside the hotel, on the road and the shop next-door. the party on the street starts around Midnight, although the music starts after sunset. The party finished up around 4.30am. Good if that's what you are there for. But if you want to sleep, its near impossible. The buildings are in need of Maintenace, there are very few facilities, Bar and Spa not operating. the room very basic. The bathroom is not planned very well, with the idea of a wet room, but the drain for the shower is at the door of the bathroom and not the other end of the room where the shower is, so you are slopping around in water every time to enter the bathroom. The sheets and towels discolored and stained. the room wasn't serviced during the day, we stayed two nights. You are paying for the location only.

Avoid staying there on a Sunday or Wednesday. they have a street party right outside that goes till 4am and it’s very hard to sleep. They were doing construction next door which was a bit annoying when trying to relax by the pool. There was also mould on the floor of the bathroom because of the way the bathroom is set out.

On Sunday night there was extremely loud music next to the hotel from 12am-3am. The hotel warned us of this at check in so we had ear plugs but otherwise it would have been unpleasant.

bed was really hard. pillows we’re hard. shower head needs an update, really hard to shower 🚿 and didn’t get a room clean each day or breakfast (the price has been inflated 200% since our last stay).
