Staff, location and design.
The only thing that was weird it’s because it has been announced with breakfast included but the staff said it wasn’t !

It was in a great location. It was really quiet so you can get a good sleep but it's also near the centre so you don't have far to travel.
The bathroom facilities were basic which is fine and I did get breakfast there one day too - it was ok, small portions.
