Bathrooms had a smell

- Outdoor area is very well-maintained and clean - Staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive - The room itself was clean - The air conditioning works fine and is relatively clean - You can sleep peacefully (depending on the other guests)

- the ceiling light is extremely sterile (like in an operating room) - some of the pool loungers need to be replaced - nold stains in the room need to be addressed urgently - the bathroom/toilet is an absolute disgrace: - initially , there was an extreme stench — it’s not just a “smell” - Mold spores can also be hazardous to health, and given the condition of the bathroom, that’s definitely a possibility - The exhaust fan in the bathroom is extremely loud, but it’s necessary to minimize further mold and moisture in the bathroom - I absolutely don’t understand why the windows haven’t been replaced long ago to allow for natural ventilation (even animals wouldn't make their homes there under the current conditions) - The bathroom is very greasy overall and truly repulsive; it’s impossible to feel comfortable there, which severely detracts from an important part of the hotel experience - If this isn’t changed, I cannot recommend the hotel, even though I feel bad for the hotel staff, who are trying very hard
