Everything was exceptional. The apartment was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. The highlight was the breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Como from both balconies, where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evenings overlooking the lake. The location is perfect—only a 5-minute walk from Varenna-Esino train station and about 3 minutes from the ferry terminal, making it easy to explore Lake Como. Giovanni and his fiancée were outstanding hosts, always friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful before and throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return.

A perfect place to stay! The location is unbeatable, with stunning views overlooking the lake. Our host greeted us on arrival, helped with our luggage and parking, and shared wonderful recommendations for attractions and restaurants that really enhanced our trip. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
