Staff were very friendly & helpful & allowed me to book in out of opening hours.
The (bed) mattress was a little too soft for me but I do like a very firm mattress.

Gezellige sfeer/inrichting, heel vriendelijk personeel, ontbijtoptie take away was top, goed donkere kamers.
Vrij gehorig, raam op één van de kamers sloot niet, bedden waren vrij hard.

Cozy room, absolutely clean, with toiletries, towels, and kettle & tea/coffee. Welcoming staff, also very willing to accommodate my request for a secure bike location. Great value for money, will definitely visit Sam's if getting the ferry from Harwich again.
Room was a little hot, but I did have a fan which was good, and everyone is adjusting to the summer temperatures, so I didn't mind too much.

Ontbijt was goed, wel veel zoetigheid. Was fijn dat we dat mee konden nemen vanwege vroeg vertrek van de ferry.
De kamer was een zolderkamer en erg warm / benauwd. Er stond gelukkig wel een ventilator
