Very nice room, friendly staff. Manningtree nice.
Rather noisy - but what would you expect when a pub on a high street! Very minor point - no info about WiFi password in room and could not be bothered to go and look in very noisy pub. Also - again very minor point- needed to leave before pub was open so didn’t know where to leave room keys.

The location was excellent with views over the estuary from the rear of the property and its garden. Breakfast was good. Parking at the property wasn't always available but there was plenty of free parking nearby
We were warned about all the rooms facing the road but we hadn't expected so much noise and fumes from the passing traffic! It was hot so we had to have the windows open otherwise it may have been less noisy

The only think that I wasn't keen on was that the shutters didn't keep the light out and in summer the sun rises early.

Room was decorated lovely. Spacious room.
Bathroom was freezing. Room was kne the road and main path so very noisey would have though the window would have been double glazed to keep out some of the noise. Bathroom backed on to courtyard and was so noisey up to closing time. Couldn't sleep until after 2am.
