immaculately clean and so many thoughtful extra bits to make you stay as easy as possible. it's really difficult to find a family room of five this room could fit six it was perfect for us . parking was important to us which we had, and the breakfast was very yummy, with very friendly hosts.

It's is a guesthouse I recommend to everyone.

We were delighted to have separate beds for our four children and found parking place in the guesthouse. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The dining room made us feel at home with a good breakfast and hospitality.The guesthouse is close to the beach.

Guesthouse was very comfortable with all the facilities.

Every thing. The Guesthouse felt like home. It was perfectly comfortable and clean. The owners of the property were very polite friendly and extremely helpful. Every morning they provided excellent cooked breakfast. The room had all facilities provided. Kettle, tea bags, milk, sugars and cookies. The room was clean. The locations were perfect. Sea beach was one minute away. So many food shops are near by. Railway station is 5 minutes away from the property. I really enjoyed my 3 days stay in Victoria Guesthouse. 100% will recommend this Guest House. I will be going back for sure.

Perfectly located near to the seafront. Clean and comfortable and the owners were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and set us up for the day. Would definitely stay again.

Limited parking so had to park in a 24hour car park a short walk away.

The perfect stay!

First time staying here, but definitely made a good choice... The room was spotlessly clean, a really comfortable bed and all the usual amenities, with some nice/thoughtful extras (like 2 extra bottles of orange and blackcurrant cordial)... The cooked breakfast was superb, freshly cooked to order, with lots of choice and generously portioned... Kevin and Karen are the perfect hosts and nothing seemed to be too much trouble to ensure their guests have a comfortable stay... Will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm visiting Clacton

Loved the breakfast and enjoyed our stay. Hosts were lovely and helpful. Resident dog was really friendly, and we were ok for the owners to let the dog roam. They made sure we were ok with it first. Very happy and would stay again.

Best guest house in clacton on sea.

Lovely guest house. Owners very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were clean and bright and had everything you needed. The breakfast was the best. You can have the full English or just have exactly what you wish for. So central to the beach and town centre. Highly recommend this perfect place. Also has parking which is a good bonus. 5 stars.

The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and a kettle to make your own tea and coffee if needed. Location was brilliant as it’s only a couple of minutes to the beach but quiet enough not to be disturbed. Easy walking distance to the train station if not driving. The hosts both Karen and Kevin are absolutely lovely friendly people who made me most welcome and were very accommodating for any of my needs.A lovely breakfast awaited every morning with a choice to suit everyone in abundance.

Really clean rooms. Loved the attention to detail. Like the little scissors to help open the coffee packets etc. The squash available in the rooms. Great portion size for the Breakfasts. Kevin and Karen were both very friendly and welcoming. Both made you feel at home. Both couldn’t do enough for you and made sure you had a pleasant experience staying with them.

Great stay at a very friendly guest house.

This is a great guest house that is run by a very friendly couple, nothing is too much and they make sure your stay is good. The room was good with good amenities, great breakfast that is well good and presented, you even get the addition of having cuddles with their dog. Thanks for a great stay.

The shared bathroom, I was lucky as on my first night I was the only one in and on my second night even though it was shared there did not seem to be any problems as it was free each time I needed to use it.

A true Home from Home! Kevin and Karen could not have been more accommodating, and helpful during my stay they were amazing - the room was lovely and cosy, breakfast was cooked to order and was fantastic! Fabulous location, meer minutes walk to the pier and the beach - a lovely welcoming vibe throughout. Would highly recommend if you are visiting the area!
