Well the tv didn’t work the window didn’t close and there was people smoking drugs in the other rooms

Great location, and great possibilities, but unfortunately I was only there for one night.
There were refurbishment works going on so the whole of the ground floor was unavailable, which included the lounge area and the bar.
The carpet was a bit grotty.

Overall very happy!
the location was great, easy to find too! The bedroom size was great for one person. There was plenty of free coffee and tea (I love both so made use of them) clean towels waiting in the room and the service was straight forward and very polite.
Bathroom was very small with mould covering the ceiling above the shower and every time the toilet was flushed or the tap was used, there was a smell of old dirty water (only way to describe it).

It’s an old Victorian Style building very very close to the Seafront. Cheap and cheerful.
It’s very old and dilapidated. A bit of investment should really improve this place but considering what I paid I’m not complaining.
