Big rooms, great breakfast and extremely helpful, polite and happy staff. Hotel situated close to all amenities required, pubs, restaurants, take aways, beach etc.
One little niggle which only affects this time of year (winter), there's no heating in the bathroom.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were are great size and the location was perfect.
Shower needs repairing, it didn’t have any pressure, the temperature kept changing, it was extremely hot or very cold and the bath plug was blocked. The pillows need renewing and the balcony could do with some maintenance.
