Very comfortable stay and would stay again

Breakfast was very good and staff very accomodating in looking after our bags when we had to leave later than check out and had nowhere else to keep them. The beds were very comfortable and sheets very soft

A very good quality B&B with very friendly owners.

Very nicely presented. The room was as good as a hotel room. Lots of space. Very comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom with a very large shower. Although our room faced a main road the double glazing removed all of the traffic noise. Good breakfast options.

Hidden gem, highly recommended. Five star plus experience!

Seaview is a hidden gem, very nice host, excellent breakfast with a wide choice of extras included, super comfy room and really clean. I am honestly stunned, this was a five star plus experience.

Great place to stay in Harwich.

Exceptionally clean, I don't think I've stayed in such a clean B & B ever, spacious room with very comfortable bed ( Room 3). Top floor, lovely shower, loved the windows opening right out to sit and enjoy the park and sea view opposite. Great place to crochet I found. Very friendly hosts, very attentive, breakfast freshly made to order, every little touch thought of from the bathrobes and slippers to the charging leads and mini fridge.

I may book the room below next time as I hit my head on the sloping roof in the room, I only did it the once and was then very careful but I am tall so couldn't blame the room. It was a great space.

Real warm welcome and excellent staying.

The room felt like a combination of home and a hotelroom.

The breakfast was English, not our favorite, but very wel provided and set-up. We liked to stay until the last check-out time 10 am. But we were asked to leave a bit earlier, because of their planning of cleaning and guests.

Amazing stay

We were absolutely stunned by the perfection of the room. Clearly its quality level far exceeds its price range. It almost felt as coming home. We saw this as a simple solution to sleep before catching the ferry, but we already decided to return and stay a couple of days more. I really would recommend.

Excellent breakfast. Sea visible from both sides of my very pleasant, well-appointed room with ensuite bathroom on the top floor, which had a telescope and binoculars as a bonus!

An excellent B&B. A friendly welcome from the owner, a well-appointed room with a comfortable bed, and a tasty cooked breakfast. There was even off-street parking. Highly recommended.

A comfortable, well appointed place to stay

The hosts were very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. The bathroom looked brand new and was very well appointed, with toiletries, bathrobes, flip flops etc. The twin beds were comfortable and the bedroom had plenty by way of tea and coffee making facilities. Thoughtful touches included a clothes brush and a shoe horn - that was a first.

Location of place near to seafront, old town and new town, all in walkable distance. Clean large size rooms, comfortable beds. Jayne was absolutely brilliant in looking after us during our stay and breakfast excellent 👌

It was stress free, everything was relaxed because Jayne is very efficient.

There is nothing to dislike about the Seaview, from the warmth of the greeting to the cosy , friendly atmosphere. Food was superb, with an excellent choice for breakfast. Everything in the room was spotless, all was all thought out carefully , beds comfortable, pillows some soft others firmer once again showing care has been thought about the guests stay. The Seavview is definitely worthy of the four Gold stars that it has been awarded by the AA. Thank you Jayne & Mark for making my stay so memorable. I'll see you next year. X

Good starting for traveling in England after disembarking.

The accommodation was comfortable. It was easy accessible from the ferry. It was therefore also a good for traveling to the north the next day. The host was very friendly.

Everything is in the room!. Never had such a complete room. Very warm welcome by Jane. Lovely breakfast and very accommodating with restaurant suggestions, the complete room, early breakfast. Very good for an overnight stay after reaching Harwich or departing.

A brilliant stay with wonderful, helpful hosts!

The owners of the B&B were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us. The service at breakfast was brilliant and we felt thoroughly spoilt by choice. The room was bright, airy, spacious and had a beautiful view. Couldn’t ask for more!

Comfortable Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seaview B & B. It is located just outside of Harwich Old Town, which is about a 10-15 minutes walk away or a short drive in a taxi. There is a lovely park opposite the B & B over-looking the beach and sea. The tasteful decor throughout the property is to a high standard, loved the wallpaper on the feature wall in the dining room:) Our en-suite bedroom was clean and comfortable, there was even a little mini-fridge for a small bottle of milk that Jayne gave to us for the tea and coffee. Breakfast - plenty of self serve choice, Cereals, Yogurts, Fruit and Pastries. Hot breakfast freshly cooked to order and was well presented and tasty. Drinks - Tea, Coffee and Juices. Jayne was a welcoming and lovely host, she could not have done more for us. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
