A return visit for us and always a pleasure. Annie and Paul are exceptional hosts and the property is gorgeous. We have stayed in all of the rooms over the years and each is modern, clean and comfortable. Lovely touches such as a mini fridge and an inbuilt toothbrush charger, the towels are so nice that we’ve been online to buy our own set! Annie and Paul are friendly, helpful and it genuinely feels like a home from home. The breakfasts are delicious- fresh and filling. Genuinely couldn’t praise Frinton 45 enough- the location is also spot on - a stones throw from the beach and the shops. We will definitely be returning, thank you again for welcoming us to your home and to Bailey (the most gentle and loving dog who we wanted to take with us!!)
