    Clean functional hotel, nice breakfast everything you need in room, iron, hairdryer fan, tea and coffee. Comfy chair, dressing table and mirror for getting ready. Large bathroom everything works

    Overlooking the coastline at Holland on Sea. Lovely comfy coffee/bar area and great food and dining area too. Staff were friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome. Great to be able to hop across the road and walk along the promenade

    stayed at the hotel xmas day, absolutely freezing in the hotel and the 2 rooms we booked. Told the manager Joshua when we arrived, later told me the windows had been left open, would be ok now. Hour later still freezing in the rooms, my mother who is 87 was so cold we did not know what to do. Went to Joshua again no joy, after 5 times talking to him and staff was told heaters will be put in the 2 rooms. Went to the rooms that night no heaters freezing cold rooms. Not able to bath or shower in the morning to cold in the rooms. Complained to staff in the morning we was told no manager until about 10 am. Looked at breakfast people eating with their coats on. Emailed complaint to Joshua and was told next time we book in hotel we would get free bottle of wine. I said I wanted my room money back and he agreed. sent him my bank details and nothing arrived, now he is ignoring my emails. Terrible hotel. Gary Sontag
