Located in Neuville-de-Poitou, just 10 minutes from Futuroscope, this family guest room offers 2 rooms (15 m² each) for up to 5 guests. The first bedroom features a double bed, walk-in shower, separate toilet, bedside tables, desk with chair, armchair, storage, and TV. You have access to the estate’s Wi-Fi. The second bedroom, connected by a private hallway, includes a double bed and a single bed with park views. Depending on the season, underfloor heating or cooling ensures your comfort.

Enjoy the shared garden, covered patio, communal outdoor terrace, and heated outdoor pool (in season).
On-site parking is available. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. You can also use the pétanque court, swing, ping-pong table, and picnic area.
