Good location uncomfortable bed with no food to offer.

Friendly staff and location

The restaurant closed early. Although we got there before 10:00 pm they will not allow us to eat or give us take away. For a diabetic who needs to eat was not convenient. The bed mattress was very uncomfortable.

No AC, room too hot, window opening limited, reception on the check-in not understandable, even in french was so difficult. Restaurant too dark, empty and expensive for the quality presented.

The location

Dodo, tiny shower, old furniture, hard mattress, the room was hot with no water AC, only a tiny noisy fan. The breakfast had very limited and below average choice. The pirate feeling is nearly not existing in the bedroom (only the window curtains).

Situated just off the motorway so location was good. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

It was far too hot…windows only opened a little and there was no aircon in the room so we all had very little sleep due to the heat.

Rudimentary

Easy check-in, room was on ground floor so easy access. Location is good more or less directly off the motorway so ideal for an overnight stop if crossing France.

Nothing healthy to eat upon arrival in evening. In all fairness, arrival was at ca. 22h but the only option available was a vending machine filled with unhealthy food options. Bed had a polyester duvet, only on socket for charging. Was given a room with disabled access so the shower was extremely rudimentary with a cold floor. No option to heat the room, luckily it wasn't too cold outside.... Windows were "leaky" such that the room was pretty cold during night. Worst of all, I left a charger behind and when hotel was contacted via email to see whether they might have found it, no reply received whatsoever. It feels like a place where a customer is not welcomed. Would not repeat this experience.

Road trip to Spain

Great location just off a10. We were driving to Spain, this was a good stopping point. Dog was welcome, no extra charge. Plenty of parking. We actually stayed in kyriad jules verne across the street as pirate hotel boiler was broken. Good communication from booking.com, new hotel was expecting us. Nowhere else to eat or drink in area as is set up for people to visit futuroscope theme park.

Room was a bit chilly, it was a cold night and we arrived late.

Convenient for the Futuroscope with family rooms fit for purpose.

Perfect for a family. A large comfortable king bed plus 3 singles in a quasi bunk arrangement. The staff were very accommodating and there was safe storage for our bikes.

No aircon and room was rather hot when we arrived. Wide opening windows helped sort this though. The breakfast was below average relative to the price. We stayed 2 nights but there was no house keeping after the first night which was a surprise for a hotel.

Douche et lavabo ouverts sur la chambre et n'étant pas précisé lors de la réservation. Literie très dure et inconfortable ainsi que des oreillers tout plat.

Douche petite, pas de porte de douche, il y a juste un simple rideau qui sépare la douche a La chambre. Le resto est à l’extérieur, pas de passage entre l’hôtel et le resto, Lavabo est trop haut. Pas de serrure dans les wc Très mal insonorisé, beaucoup de bruits venant des étages supérieurs

super en famille mais un peu loin de la gare et futuroscope

chambre au top nous avons pu rajouter une personne au dernier moment pour notre séjour. les lits sont confortables sdb et WC séparés donc c'est un plus. distributeur de boissons chaudes/ froides/ encas c'est super arrivée tardive mais personnel présent.

dommage qu'il n'y est pas de navette depuis la gare vers l'hotel et vis verca et pareil pour aller au parc du futuroscope. avec des enfants en bas age et une personne handicapée ca aurait etait plus agréable que de devoir marcher 30 min jusqu'a la gare et 15 min jusqu'au futuroscope

Habitaciones no muy grandes, pero muy bien distribuidas y aprovechadas para poder ser ocupadas hasta por 5 personas. Ubicado a 10 minutos andando de la entrada del parque. Parking gratuito.

No hay personal a partir de las 23:00 h y no se realizó limpieza de la habitación durante la estancia de las 3 noches.

Emplacement proche dû Futuroscope et de l Aquascope , idéal pour s’y rendre à pied . Chambre bien organisée avec tout le nécessaire. Personnel très agréable !

Les oreillers trop petits et trop mous et le grand lit séparé par une latte en bois.
