A budget room that served a purpose, would we stop here again?.Definitely not

Nothing really, it was very basic with a small room.It was very hot and the receptionist gave us a fan to try and keep us cool so thank you to her for that. At the end of the day it’s a budget hotel so don’t expect comfort and opulence.

Small room, in a run down area of town. No aircon tv didn’t work, thank god we could get on Wi-Fi

Would not recommend

Nothing liked about this place. We made the booking, and later discovered that we had to pay an extra 20€ for our pets! Not advertised anywhere and I found this to be very disappointing. Had they had been upfront when booking then that would have been fine. Very underhanded and deceptive. Would not consider this place ever again and will warn others against staying there.

Basic but very well maintained hotel

Basic but very well maintained hotel. Handy location across the street from the train station. A 10 minute walk to the beautiful Republique Square where there are great restaurants. Super clean rooms and a nice view with brand new bathrooms (great water pressure!) Lovely firm comfortable King size bed and soft pillows. Customer service was polite & helpful and the hotel is very quiet even though it’s in a busy location. A lift available which is great for heavy luggage. Would definitely stay here again.

We will find a quieter location if we visit Poitiers again.

Could have done without crowds of people arguing outside well after midnight. Would also not have had noisy motorcyclists racing up and down on the roads nearby. Drumming in the early hours also not conducive to a good night’s sleep.

Handy for rail shops and restaurants Clean and comfy able.

They except dogs but NOT dog friendly . No area to walk plus a € 10 charge for each dog even a hand bag dog that could not walk . Charges for parking and hard to get to and from hotel with suit cases . Better places local . If you have dogs and are old look else where .all in all a very expensive stay

perfect location for dropping off rental car and getting the train to Paris. very easy to get into the main part of town from there too. we have stayed here a few times when we need to get a morning train to Paris.

Room was not clean, trash bin not empty, hairs in the bed sheets, hairs and dirt on the desk, door was broken, sink did not emptied well, shower did not emptied well, reception guy was not able to handle a disfuntioning pin device (he was talking to himself for 5m while waiting, in the end we suggested to pay in cash)
