Quick stop off

It was a bit noisy because of the refurbishment work, but the manager was friendly and apologetic and provided us with a free meal. I can see that the main restaurant and entrance are nice. Great easy stop off.

The room wasn't as well decorated as some of the pictures, but they are doing major refurbishment. I would say that the hotel shouldn't have been bookable with this amount of work going on - maybe only do a section at a time?

Comfy bed and free parking. Also dog friendly which is why we booked it on our road trip after driving 14hours so we were exhausted.

The room wasn't clean enough, there was someones toenails on the table so the cleaner had to come and clean it up. The shower area and bath looked rotten. The room was tiny. Could barely shut the door properly. There was a charge of €2 for every hot drink wanted. €53 for 2 adults and a dog for one night and considering the room we had it was expensive for what we had. The pictures make it look better than it is. Easy to get back onto the main motorway for our roadtrip so location was okay.

A great stay, as usual.

We have stayed here many times over the years. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Good level of cleanliness and a quiet location. Bed comfortable and plenty of hot water. No complaints whatsoever, I asked for 2 extra pillows, and they were provided immediately. We shall return, as always .

Unfortunately, they had a problem with the wi-fi. So, there was no Internet access, but we managed with 5G. An engineer is trying to fix the problem.

The price for the accommodation was the only thing that was attractive

The state of the carpets in the passageways - disgusting. The smell of urine in the bathroom was overpowering. The shower head was fixed to the pole with a cable tie. The plug release mechanism in the basin is broken. No mirror in the bedroom unless you open the bathroom door.

The hotel is very close to the high way, which is good if you are travelling and you just need a place to rest. They accept pets with a small fee. The breakfast is good.

It was not very clean, speacially the shower, which had a lot of spiders and one or two hairs. Also, they do not speak English, which made the communication a bit difficult.

Comfort in Poitiers

Come Inn have upgraded their rooms from last year and it's very successful. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast is really good with a variety of food including croissants, breads, cheese, ham, yogurt, fruit, eggs and a variety of coffee's tea's and juices. Staff are very courteous and helpful. An added bonus is that it is just around the corner from Republic Corner food court, bars etc. Great if you check in late.

Maybe upgrade to air-conditioning next time.

The Manager and staff were brilliant, could not do enough for us. The breakfast had a large fresh variety, help yourself and eat and drink as much as you wish. The evening meal was delicious and excellent value for money. The room/bed was very comfortable. Ideally situated just off the motorway, easy to locate. Highly recommended and will definitely return. Last Resort Stop over in good location

The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was better than expected. The hotel is near to the motorway which made it a handy stop over.

On arrival there were a group of men (Romanian??) hanging around outside the hotel which didn't create a good impression. The place is run down at best. Our room door handle was hanging off, there is dirt on the walls around light switches and generally you don't want to touch too many surfaces.

Staff is very friendly. Speaks also english. The reception and the entrance are nice and cosy. The breakfast was good and there was enough of everything. There were also enough parking spots. The room and bathroom were small but clean.

Perfect stay.

We were warmly welcomed by the manager and receptionist. They noticed I used a walking stick and asked if we would prefer a ground floor room with a level access shower, which was great. Our room was quite spacious with a king-size bed and nice clean sheets and pillows. It was very comfortable indeed. There are plenty of plug sockets and good TV. The bathroom was ideal, a purpose built wetroom, and plenty of hot water. Car parking was free and we parked our car near to a side door, close to our room. Easy access to a grassy area, perfect to exercise our dogs. We enjoyed our stay here, en route to Spain, and we will most definitely return. Everything was perfect, thank you.

Clean, basic, good breakfast, fair value but needs upgrading.

Check-in very good - great receptionist. Breakfast very good - great croissants, good choice of food. Ample surface parking is available outside the building.

Hotel is tired (1970-ish) and looks it. Bathroom had bath, but no plug so couldn't use. The shower is over the bath, fed by the mixer tap on the bath. It worked OK, but the bath was slippery - no shower mat, and no hand-grips. No kettle in the room for making hot drinks. The mattress on the bed was very firm - too hard for me. There was only one chair in the (double) room.

Staff were really friendly, room was clean and tidy and location is right next to Republic Corner in Poitiers which is ideal! Very comfortable stay very few minor faults.

The shower head was a little tired and old and we did have a problem with the drainage in our room when we arrived but this was quickly resolved by the staff.

Would sya again

The hotel had a restaurant bar and plenty of parking. First I.pressiond where very good reception where helpful and pleasant there is a five euro charge for dog which is fine. The room was comfortable and well laid out the bathroom was OK but stains In the toilet rusty fixtures and a shower head that slid in pipe and couldn't be tightened where minor gripes. In all a pleasant comfortable place and for the price it was fine. Would I book again yes

Overnight Poitiers

The reception was welcoming and the receptionist very informative. The location is ideally situated for those travelling through France towards Spain. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was fully stocked with the necessary towels and shower gel. The receptionist pointed us to a local food court, which was a short walk from the hotel. The food was excellent and the atmosphere vibrant. Should our travels bring us to Poitiers again, we will definitely stop here.

stayed before, on our way to Spain. had buffet breakfast free. not expensive

cost for one small room was 61 euros, plus had to pay 10 euros each for small buffet breakfast. total was 81 euros, rip off. plus both soap holder in room did not work so had bath with no soap. got there early and had to wait in car park for 3 hours. no one there until 4 pm
