Booking in process without reception. The email with your code didn’t come through for ages. Very confusing. I have seen people sitting in their car until reception is open.

Very pleasantly surprised

Great location, easy to find, plenty of parking. We were checked in by a very helpful extremely polite young man. We were very impressed; the room was a good size with plenty of room for our possessions, we had a great night's sleep in the huge comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern and also a good size. We will definitely stay there again, not only because we liked this hotel; we had an excellent meal in Crispy (Irakian restaurant) which was very close to the hotel and we would like to repeat the experience.

It was a shame that we could not buy a coffee from the breakfast buffet, as it looked a lot nicer than the coffee we had from the lobby machine.

Demands of money on arrival despite payment having been madeguests in the hotel overnight..

Location and simplicity. Staued there before for those reasons.

On arrival, the polite receptionist demanded room payment in cash, was unwilling to accept that I had paid already via booking.com . He did not speak English and we communicated by Google-translator. When I showed him my internet receipt of payment, he was unable to read it and was pointing to the wall with prices. He disregarded my booking reservation number which I had and which was a proof of payment made. When I demanded he called his boss, he said "dimanche no boss" and kept demanding payment again. Eventually, he called or pretended to speak to someone in a language I did not understand, and seeing I will not relent, gave me the entry code to my room. He said he was from New Guinea. I am all for giving work to newcomers to Europe, but they must be trained and supervised. I will not return to that hotel.

Okay hotel for travelling but not much to do here.

Was close to the route we were on.

You can't walk anywhere out from the hotel for food etc. The room had no tea/coffee making facilities, you could buy a tiny cup from a machine for €2.30 though 🤔, was someone damage in the room.

Good location but poor overall

The guy on reception was friendly and obliging. Other than that the main thing the hotel has going for it is that it’s only 5 mins walk to the airport.

The plastic bed protectors, obviously cheap and unbreathable ones, made for an unpleasant night’s sleep. The noise insulation between rooms is nonexistent. I sent a message to the hotel before I arrived to ask a question and used the booking.com contact button but never got a response, which is very unprofessional. This was the worst breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. It was unbelievable that they didn’t start breakfast until 7:30 on a weekday, so forget having an enjoyable leisurely breakfast before catching your flight if it’s leaving early. I’ve never encountered a hotel starting breakfast so late. There were no dessert spoons and I had to ask for milk.

Very close to airport which was quiet at night. A decent and very clean room and a decent breakfast all at a very reasonable price. Helpful friendly staff.

Superb

A very comfortable budget hotel ideal as an overnight if travelling through France as well as for the airport which it is located adjacent to. Rooms are modern,clean and extremely comfortable. A great continental breakfast with fresh, warm pastries and bread, and there is a bonus of egg and bacon which you will be asked if you want this. Free onsite parking.

It would be a bonus if complimentary tea/coffee was available in the rooms

Good hotel for a short stay

Bedroom was spacious and clean. Matress was good and the facilities were good for a short stay hotel.

the check-in was a mess. After 9:00pm there's no-one at the reception and it's a self check in but the machine didn't accept the payment and someone at the phone, after a wait of 20 minutes called someone from the staff to come and check us in.
