A great stay, with secure parking and in a perfect location for visiting Poitiers.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, which was lovely. Our breakfast was included and was made up for us each morning. We could either have this in our apartment, or in the breakfast room, which we did. The location was perfect for us and there was a bus stop directly outside, that took you to and from the city centre, or it was a 50 minute easy walk. The parking was excellent and very secure. The apartment is in a block for senior citizens, and it was nice to meet them and we were delighted when some of them wanted to chat in English. We will certainly stay here again.

Good

The accommodation was clean and bright with a kitchenette and a lovely lounge area and a small balcony. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. It was a very quiet location and there was something rather charming about staying in what was effectively an old people's home.

The accommodation was a long way from Poitiers and so, without a car, we found ourselves reliant on buses. This was a particular problem on a Sunday when a different set of buses run.

Personnel très agréable , souriant , très attentionné , le cadre de l'hébergement est très sympas , appartement très propre . Les activités ,comme la piscine et la salle de sport étaient géniales. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour .

un inconvénient: il fait trop chaud . Dans la salle de bains ,il manque des meubles de rangement sous le lavabo , et du matériel pour suspendre les serviettes et les gants de toilette .

Une résidence digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles

L'appartement que j'avais loué était spacieux, et lumineux, et très bien chauffé. Nous avions accès à une salle de gym et une piscine, ce qui était très appréciable. Le personnel était toujours disponible et très aimable. C'est en effet un résidence senior mais cela n'est pas gênant du tout. Les apaprtements ont tout le standing d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Nous avons fait nous-même notre petit déjeuner dans l'appartement mais il est possible sinon de le commander à la réception.

J'aurais préféré avoir des lits jumeaux plutôt qu'un lit double et l'équipement pour cuisiner est basique. Pour des plats surgelés, des pâtes ou un petit déjeuner, cela suffit. Il faut aussi une voiture, ce qui était notre cas, pour se déplacer aux alentours.

Globalement correct à part l odeur de tabac et la vasque bouchée

Tout était correct.

La chambre 232 avait une sale odeur de tabac froid, après un journée aérée, l odeur persiste…la vasque de la salle de bain était bouchée…

Séjour et accueil au top, je recommanderais vivement à mon entourage.

L’accueil et le partage des parties communes avec des seniors. Le cadre est très sympas et calme et à 15/20 min du futuroscope c’est top aussi. Et pour finir la piscine est très agréable.

Appartement de bonne taille. Penderie et espace de rangement pour les vêtements. Grande salle de bain. Piscine bien entretenue et chaude. Endroit calme. Parking sécurisé.

Affaire de vaisselle se résume au strict minimum. Manque une paire de ciseaux.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage und wahnsinnig nettes Personal. Die Zimmer nach hinten gelegen sind sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Man muss nur wissen, dass das Bett nur 140cm breit ist .
