Lovely place, shame about the awful coffee

Ibis centre poitiers Breakfast was okay and Bedroom was very hot and less spacious for two people to share ,toilet rolls had to be requested as they kept on running out quickly due to the quality of the tissue. No fridge in room for long stay . Having air conditioning or a fan as additional would have helped immensely

Great stop over.

We stayed here for a one night stop over. Great Central location with parking - If you have a large vehicle like us you need to state that when you make a reservation, we were given the largest space. Comfortable beds. Simplel check in, staff helpful.

As others have said the rooms and bathrooms are very small. Parking is very tight.

Well located hotel

The location is excellent and the staff very friendly. It was also clean. It’s own car park was a plus. And of course it’s in Poitiers - which is a wonderful place.

It was basic and the air conditioning wasn’t very effective which was not great for the hot evening we were there. It was also pretty expensive all things considered.

Convenient for a stay with dogs

Personnel was very polite and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner didn't work, but we didn't have to pay for the parking and the stay of dogs. That was a nice compensation for the minor inconvenience.

Disappointing

Incredibly rude, bitter old lady in the reception in the morning shift. I was quite shocked with her total lack of manners interrupting and replying out loud to the questions I was making to someone else on the phone. When I first asked in French if she speaks English she replied with a categorical "NO!". Shortly after I would realise she actually does speak English as she was understanding my conversation over the phone as mentioned above. I honestly don't understand why someone would have a receptionist like that in their hotel. Hotel aircon was not working. Bathroom heater has automatically switching on when turning the bathroom light on. Not very handy in summertime.

nothing,you don’t give a room with broken sink , if the hotel has no rooms available or in good conditions has to warned the clients. but in the reception they were very friendly..
