The price, but you get what you pay for.

The location and the fact I’d seemed to be the only guest there! The place smelt of stale smoke and it was quite tricky getting the heater to work . Also a bit fell off the loo into the loo, so I had to fish it out….. Was hard to find the entrance of the property , the property was so gloomy looking from outside I actually thought it must have closed down as I finally drove past it and saw it…

You get what you pay for and I didn't pay very much, you could say I got what I paid for

The bed was really comfortable and the bedding smelt super fresh and pleasantly perfumed.

. Better heating would have been nice, I didn't feel like getting undressed for a shower in the morning.

Scary but an adventure!

There was certainly NO breakfast on offer. The owners or staff were busy coping with life in the raw. However, the room was clean and the receptionist friendly.

I did n o t like the ever so scary facelike ball in a skin coloured sack with sunglasses on, that looked out of the window onto the car park and was housed in the room next door to ours and to which it was forbidden to allow access (as perhaps in a crime scene!!??) I think the owners (managers) wanted to SCARE potential guests away. Since I can write this report, no harm has befallen us.

It’s run down smelly, stains on the walls, floor, ceiling. Rooms are very small hardly room to move round.

Upon the booking process i was asked to choose check-in hour. I chose 23-00. When arriving before midnight the whole place was closed and completely dark. I received a weird message that hotel declined the check-in while the reservation stayed active and paid. I expect the full reimbursement

Decor etc very tired, no kettles in rooms. Overall in need of a refurb. Photos on website appear to be strategically taken to avoid less attractive views.

The stinking and sodden bathroom is the overriding memory unfortunately.

Convenient location for travel. Beds were clean and comfy. Person on reception was very helpful and friendly.

Basic doesn’t bother me. The place is tired, it is “digs”. But a working shower head is cheap to replace, and the one in the shower, the seal had gone, so even on low pressure it went all over the place, and the shower doors leaked. This was apparently an ongoing issue, as the floor was wet, the adhesive tiles were lifting, and it stank of damp.

Abused Physically threatened by Breakfast Waiter

The only nice thing about this hotel was the young man in reception who was very friendly and helpful.

The Breakfast waiter was extremely rude and aggressive. I showed him my booking which clearly explained that breakfast was included but refused to accept this and wanted to charge us before letting us have any food. He then started screaming and shouting. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. The rooms were scorching hot and no fan was available and the window wouldn’t stay open. One towel given for both of us. The hotel was in a very run down part of town which had a threatening feel. Whilst it is a good location if you are travelling off the A10 through France I would go to the IBIS up the road similar price and significantly better plus near a restaurant and Burger King. This hotel isn’t near any facilities. Based on this abuse and hostility we received I think this hotel should be removed from your website.

Pour 45€, le rapport qualité / prix est presque là.

Le réceptionniste est arrivé rapidement après que j’eus sonné. Il m’a proposé une serviette supplémentaire et de le prévenir si besoin.

Je me demandais si j’étais au bon endroit : pas d’enseigne visible, parking et réception pas éclairés. Impression d’insécurité et de lieu à l’abandon.
