The bathroom, the breakfast (not acceptable for the price), the ambience. For 126,-€ I expected better, more comfortable and friendly.

Unexperienced hotel management

Parking was good. I generally like B&B Hotels a lot, but this one is to avoid.

Breakfast was terrible. Coffee impossible to drink. No cold cuts, no ham. Breakfast room super small, crowded with people, no room to sit. We had one hour of fire alarm at 7 in the morning. No one was able to turn it off. Personnel was completely useless.

Secure parking. Comfortable bed.

Sitcom did not work. Room set up for one despite 2 people staying in a double. Only one pillow and one towel. Shutters down on reception once we’d checked in 8pm, room was unbearably hot. Others complaining at breakfast. Room for breakfast far too small and minimal range.

If I will go back to this area I will not book in these hotel again, staff are not courteous when we check in, then it wakes you up in the morning with fire alarm and they have no explanation if it is a drill or you need to evacuate.

Didn't stay at the hotel we had initially booked!

Location is good (we were on a long drive) and the bed was comfortable.

What this hotel is doing is quite cheeky. We've booked our night stay on B&B Futuroscope 1 and it was accepted. However, minutes later we've received a message saying they were moving our stay to Futuroscope 3 because the other one wasn't available. If it wasn't, then why did you accept the booking in the first place? This meant that the quality wasn't as good but they've charged the same nightly price! For pretty much the same price you can find better quality rooms in the area - our was a tiny room in the back with a very very basic bathroom.
