Beautiful place

The house is beautifully decorated, clean and the rooms very comfortable. The house's surroundings were idyllic. Our host was extremely attentive and caring.

Only that the beautiful bathrooms were situated outside the bedrooms making the situation a bit uncomfortable.

This property is fantastic. A great place to stay with a very warm welcome. We arrived later than planned but this wasn’t a problem for Moulins de clan, they even recommended a local restaurant that would still be serving dinner. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend

I’d very much like to return!

Not only is it in a lovely spot, with a huge garden, but it is easy to find, not faraway from the motorway, if you are travelling, and both house & rooms are carefully decorated!

Was really very lovely. This is essentially Sophie and her family home. so you are a guest in her house! it’s a beautiful big house with a wonderful garden and riverside.

to be picky it would have been nice to have a bin and a mirror in the room. our bathroom was private but separate from our room. the floorboards are creaky so after arriving home very late we tried to be as quiet as possible as I said you are a guest in Sophie’s house and we didn’t want to make noise!

Winderful peaceful place

It is a very nice, peaceful, ancient family hotel. Sophie is very kind and friendly. She helped us in any questions and prepared tasty snacks and desserts for late arrival. there is a big space for parking and outdoor area for having a cup of coffee in the morning or to read the book near the river. The room is really big, atmospheric and comfortable. Bid attendance to decor details.

The floor is quite creaky, so it’s easy to make some noise in the night. There is no lift, so with a lot of luggage or infants can be not so comfortable to come up. Every morning you have same breakfast with croissants.

Amazing place to stay

Everything! The place is charming and beautiful. It's very well maintained and clean. It has private parking with more than enough space. And then the service... Sophie is the best. We've been there twice (so far), and both times she helped us to find a good restaurant to have dinner and booked it for us. And then for a great price, you have included a very naturall breakfast with fresh orange juice, croissants, fruit, bread and some local products to spread on the bread. If we go to that area, we will repeat the stay in "Moulins de Clan" for sure.(As we already did 🙂)

Charming property with a gorgeous garden on a riverside . Chilling on the hammock was relaxing . Nice and helpful host . Large room , with charming Decoration and confortable beds.

The railway noise was bad as the B&B I s literally next to it. A pity as the property itself is lovely and the host was very nice. We stayed one night which was fine .

Eine Idylle in der Nähe von Poitiers mit einer sehr aufmerksamen Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Garten liegt direkt an der Clan und die Bahnlinie auf der anderen Seite des Hauses hat uns nicht gestört. Sehr leckeres süßes Frühstück. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Séjour au Futuroscope

L'accueil des propriétaires, le lieu, avec la rivière et son immense jardin, nous avons pris un pique nique au bord de l'eau. La distance pour accéder au Futuroscope très rapide 5 minutes en voiture ou à pied. Accès facile par Auchan avec son parking gratuit. Un excellent petit déjeuner est servi dans le jardin avec du choix , yaourt fait maison, confitures, œufs, etc....

Seulement le passage des trains la nuit, mais les propriétaires ne peuvent rien changer. Peut-être prévoir pour certains des boules quies....

Veel ruimte, heel vriendelijke eigenaresse en alles goed verzorgd. Heel fijne ruimte om het huis heen. Zit aan een riviertje, we hebben kunnen vissen. En een lekker ontbijt met verse, biologische producten.
