Good location close to the main accesses and pet friendly

The maintenance of the rooms was not great and the carpet was quite dirty. Bear in mind the rooms are not very spacious, but they are big enough

Stayed here many times always good value and the staff are great. My request for a ground floor room (due to me having to carry elderly dog up stairs.)was not initially available . However Jean Paul waived his wand and found me a ground floor room, total satisfaction

Just good for an overnight stay while being on route.

The location was OK, staff at reception as well. However there was no warm water and a cold shower after a 12 hour drive is not something to look forward too. The person(s) in the next room must have been upset about it too and were seemingly banging their head against the wall - quite noisy in the middle of the night.

A warm shower would have been nice. Other than that is was OK.

Stopped over here many times and post Covid is getting back to normal, breakfast is not a buffet at the moment but the service is good, At last the hot water is at a decent temperature

Corrosion, not dirty just very old. It was very small, the shower had no curtain so the entire "bathroom" including toilet will get just as wet as you will. But it was a shower, a bed and we could be on our way again.

I was traveling to Spain so stopped in Poitier for one night. The room was small but perfect for one person. The location is good for travelers (close to the main road). The man behind the desk was very kind. I didn’t have breakfast there but he offered me a free cup of coffee.

Probably won’t use this particular hotel again as it’s sub standard compared with the Le Mans one.

Friendly staff and comfortable bed which was clean as were the towels. When we arrived none of the plugs were working in the room but staff did rectify this.

The room was very dirty, stains up the walls and filthy carpet. Bathroom very stained and shower kept falling off the wall. Soap dispenser not working.

The hot water was not "hot" ,I was told it is set at 16 degrees which is a temperature for a summers day not for hot water, it needs to be 25 -30 to reach the rooms "hot"

Horrid ace.

Nothing

No check in till 17.00, opened 17.15, now a queue, I was first, he took 20min to check me in and managed to up the price I paid from 45 to over 50euros. We were having a heatwave. The room carpet was stained, bathroom very tiny, a lovely Samsung TV but a remote not compatible. Worst of all in an exceptional hot August, no a,/c, no fan. The room was unbearably hot even the next morning when it was 19c outside still 30c plus in the room. Horrid place and too expensive.

L’ancienneté est largement rattrapée par la propreté et l’accueil bienveillant.

L’accueil et la bienveillance du réceptionniste, le calme alentour et intérieur, la propreté de l’établissement aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur, la qualité et les quantités du petit déjeuner.

Le seul bémol est l’ancienneté de l’établissement. Il faudrait un bon rafraîchissement.
