Basic, clean and comfortable bed although the pillows were very small.

Very clean room, basic but was fine.

Was quite industrial and couldn’t find a restaurant. Thankfully a microwave was in the reception area!

Consistent service and value

This is the best of the B&B hotels that we have stayed in. It's newer and the rooms are bigger. We had a breakfast for the first time here and it was excellent. We normally have a twin room but, for some reason, at this hotel they were more expensive so we had a double. The beds are queen sized and comfortable. Large bathroom. The microwave was useful to heat food.

The drinks vending machine was out of order but the receptionist made a hot drink.

carparking was easy and plentiful , machine in foyer to obtain a room after hours , and it was quiet No hairdryer or extra pillows

breakfast wasn't great apart from coffee machine equipment wash poor . food choice was abismal

Pleasant

The room is not big but comfortable. Large double bed with comfortable mattress. The staff is friendly. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the Futuroscope from the hotel.

We checked in late, we found out that the reception was closed after 21:00 on the spot. And the fact that there is a machine for self-registration, we accidentally learned from the staff passing by. It turns out that how to check in after 21:00 the instruction should come, and it came, but after two days of our stay already at the hotel! There are not enough towels, and in particular for hands. Breakfast is not worth the money, no matter what time you come, all the time empty trays and pots. The staff does not have time to replenish food supplies, and there are a lot of people at breakfast.

Stopover in the Poitier area

This hotel had aircon in the room and was convenient to the main route through the region. This is one of three IBIS in the area so check the hotel address. This one is on commercial park but is within walking distance of the Futurescope park. Plenty of free parking and a good buffet continental breakfast is available on site.

Basic but comfortable (and air conditioned) accommodation with top notch reception staff

I would like to acknowledge Yannick, who was at reception when I checked in and also when I checked out. He greets guests with a friendly smile, welcoming demeanor and genuine attentiveness— he is really excellent at his job and I wish him all the best.

There was no sign available to indicate not to disturb and so— although I desperately needed rest after several long days of driving in the heatwave— the cleaner started knocking on my door at 8:30.

The pictures for the room chosen were not pictures of the room we were given, when asked reception they said nothing they could do, they were full. there was no curtains for the window at all letting all the night in. the bedside shelf was completely broken and nails sticking through the wall. There is no lift

only one night stay. Although we requested a ground floor room that was not available but the reception staff came forward to help us to take our bags upstairs.

Self service check in. Didn’t like the location but it was ok as we were only there one night a stop over travelling back to England from Spain

The staff were kind and helpful. The room was surprisingly big and well equipped

It was a bit far out of the centre and quite a way on foot from Futuroscope.so only good if you have a car or want to use public transport. Since it was on an industrial zone it was quite noisy. Also quite difficult to find.

Very clean and comfortable bed. Good location while traveling along A10.

We were in the top floor and there isn't elevator. Not handy. Because of Covid we also have to pick up breakfast in the restaurant and eat it in our bedroom. Again up 3 floors without elevator. A bit expensive.

They change the room and give us a free breakfast in the morning because of the issue with the toilet.

We arrived late to the hotel and we discovered that the toilet seat was broken is our room.

L’emplacement est vraiment top avec beaucoup de places de stationnement, vraiment à côté du futuroscope. Notre chambre pour 4 était vraiment spacieuse. Le petit coin « repas » au bout du couloir était vraiment un plus. Le personnel est vraiment gentil.

Manque de propreté évident ( poils dans le lavabo par exemple ). Literie passable et salle de bain très exiguëe. Plutôt bruyant. Je pense que nous étions dans une « aile de l’hôtel pour les familles », des petites touches de chaleur seraient un +

Hotel vétuste, des palletes de bois vides sur le parking, extérieur sale

le buffet du petit déjeuner n'était pas très "copieux" dans la diversité pour exemple des fruits frais : uniquement de pommes basique .... pas de banane, de kiwi ect .... Nous avons demandé deux chambres côte à côte : elles étaient en face l'une de l'autre ! et nous avions deux chambres PMR que nous n'avions pas demandé ! pourtant l'hôtel n’était pas plein ...

Un problème d'eau chaude dans tout l'hôtel,j'attends un geste commercial de l'hôtel, pour le désagrément. Un manque de bonde au lavabo, pas très pratique surtout quand pas d'eau chaude. Une ampoule de chevet hs juste pour information.
